She frowned. "The monkey guy fights and he is 12" She said pouting. "But I guess you are right." She said shrugging.

"Brian is fifteen and I don't think thats a monkey. I will just say this once. If you where in my squad, which you are not, I would not take you on too many missions." Sokato then thought silently.'Of course with the amount of squad members I currently have, I would probably take her any way. Maybe even that robot clone of me I made.'

Eva held up her hands. "Oh no, this is perfect. Have a good time, kids." She smiled brightly. "You should be able to get through this first bit quickly, generic numbers versus quality stuff." She stepped back, reaching into her pocket and producing a bandanna with a jolly roger emblazoned on it. She tied it around her head and nodded to Brian, shooting him a thumbs up. "And now, for something completely different."

Brian grinned, and clappen his hand.
"Oh well, I wanted to do Sharks with razorblades for teeth and Lasers attatched to their heads..... but there have not been any good scriptable data for sharks, only for swallows and Llamas. And, of course, monkeys. "
Brian gently nodded towards the newbies.
"Well, you have had your chance in requesting something. Just remember, what will not kill you will only prospone the inevitable....."
He snipped, and Miko jerked her head backwards, while he pulled a sour face.
"REEEHLEAZE ZEH MONKEE AND PLAY ZEH MUZIK!"
Miko sounded like some dame out of a nazi-porno movie, only that her equipment would very likely contain a whip and highheels, while her age-marks would be barely concealed.
As soon as the words had left her lips, a swarm of birds flew out of the nearby jungle, and the little monkee screamed, while blood flocked in front of the mouth like red shaving cream. Then, the monkey raised his hands, and jumped faster then anyone could have predicted at the general direction of the newbie girls throat.
Brian turned around, and grinned at Captain Eva. He had a little tear in his eye.
"That ... is so moving.... they are moving so very fast.... soon, they will be employed by third world dicatatorships who want to use them against political opponents and who pay massive ammounts of money for that kind of stuff. Well, while the killermonkee is playing, wanna enjoy a good seat and an introduction in how you can steer the monkee roughly with your Laptop?"
Briann flipped his open, typed a few lines, and smiled as a few nanoseconds later two seats appeared hovering in midair.
with an inviting gesture, he pointed at the seats.

((Magiking, your in my squad now so I would appreciate it if you came to the Mishaps building this instant so I can come up with a codename and maybe our squad can start our first mission together.))

((EDIT: This is Mishaps not avatar.))

You are correct Jason but then again. You blew me off. Plus you haven't read my bio so you can't know what i know about my character. He is in no shape or form related to such a weak state of Hydrokinesis.

His frozen glare returned. His cloak whipped at his ankles. In the past his grandmother showed him this technique. Sitting down on a large rock cross legged, shadar was pushing away every thought. He just sat. Quiet and calm, Absorbing as much as the peaceful cold as possible.
"Peace. Quiet." The only two words that rang through his mind.
SNAP. A twig cracked behind shadar's left shoulder.
Spinning in a flash, some sort of creature skidded away, running from him.
"Pathetic creature." Shadar uttered the words. He turned to the building at decided to return in.
His foot steps were covered by the winter's wind in the forest. Pale and Dark, the forest was casting shadows every where. Confusing to most, deadly to others, shadar knew what to do in a place like this. The withered canopy of branchs and nests attepted to block the sun. The golden orb was hanging over the forest. His eyes gazed in front of him and got sight of the building's edge.
"Lets hope Jason doesn't decide to blow me off. Or he might end up like you." Shadar laughed at his wicked remark. As he left the forest, the only thing new thing about it was a young cub frozen solid. Inside and out, the bear was dead.
"Now onward to my snack."

Letting the door slide open, Hrisskar was greeted with a sight that could have only come from the young Tech's bewildering mind.

A monkey. A slavering money, on a Vietnamese beach beside a jungle, attacking some girl that he did not recognise. Chuckling and shaking his head, he knew all too well the dangers of VR, having read the help subject on Injuries and Death on the VR Room Console in the earlier session that he had. Dropping to one knee, he swung the Dragunov SVD round from his back, loaded it with a magazine of the 7N14 sniper cartridges, and pressed one eye to the PSO-1 scope.

And then, he realised, there were not one, but three of the monkeys. Struggling to think about what he had saw when he first entered, he shrugged. He needed the practice anyway. It was too long since he had used the SVD.

All three monkeys had dissipated to the sound of three distinct booms of sniper fire.

Grinning, he looked up from the scope, giving a small wave to Brian and Captain Eva as he did so, as well as the wholy confused recruit, before walking down the sand-dune that he was on, over to where the two people were sat.

((Eh, sorry, it's a bit lame. Also, if I ruined the thing, just slap me, and I'll change it razz ))

"EEEE,look who has just made a voluntary participation of the event......."
Brian grinned, and waved extatically at the newcomer, mainly to signal the system that the guy had just shot obe of the monkees and was therefore automatically to be assigned a new target. He quickly thought, and indicated that the system should take a modell of charly.
Charly was, according to what some researchers had written, a very violent Gorilla of over 2 meters and over 350 pounds. Brian had solemly helped to design charlie to be the sm girl in one of the Librarians games of sorts. Well, she was very good at hitting.....
Brian pressed enter, and thanked for a minute Eris and loki that his handmotions on the keyboard had largely been undetected. Charly was just the perfect playcompanion for someone with combat experience from the russian special forces. He grinned as the large ape materialised soundlessly over the newcomer, and then took a straight path down, with a state of mind that could be describes best as horny / violently angry.
"EEh, you seem to have been registered as an active combattant by the system, but I guess it is ok for you, chummer. I mean, I am working to change it....."
He heard as the Gorilla, who was now totally black, with a pink bowtiue on its head, jumped down only inches after Hrisskar. Screaming in some kind of frenzy, she immeadiatelly attempted to engage in hand to hand combat. He grinned, and busily moved his fingeres over the keyboard. It promised to be GOOOOOD!

" I see, so you've never been on a mission and never trained at Mishaps with any other members so... what experience do you evan have? I know in order to get in Mishaps you must have some sort of past experience, whats yours?" Jason glanced down at the piece of paper Xinny gave him about Rai and it said nothing about his past jobs dealing with the sort of thing Mishaps is involved in.
Rai twitched, and sighed. "Never had parents. So I lived by myself for 7 years after i ran away from this house they put me in. I have not ever had a job, but I've used a bow to survive. I can hit almost anythign without missing. Well.. almost always. But i started using guns cause my bow... Really isn't as strong as it. And nothing else really." He scratched the back of his head.

ooc: Sorry guys >_> Got hooked onto another book series and whenever that happens I literally don't do jack squat except for read -ahem- but Im back now

Xinrie was focusing on picking off pieces of dirt from her Mishaps captain pach stitched into her left arm's sleeve. She replied in a montoone voice, a bad habit she had whenever her Add kicked in and she was preoccupied with a new thing. "It means he's either a Sand Bandit whos gone through the ranks or one whos been dumped on his but in the sand hills cause he did sumtin retarded. Either way it shows that we already have our first capture before we even entered the city. Nice work. Les' Just bind him and take him with us."

Gazing at the screaming behemoth of fur and muscle in front of him, he glanced at Brian, did a rather unfriendly hand motion in his general direction, and looked back at the gorilla.

"Well. Crap. I don't even have my daggers with me."

He backed away, slowly at first, and then broke into a run towards Brian

"THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT AN ELDER, BOY! I'M FIFTY-FIVE I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW!"

Reaching Brian, while there was a 350-pound gorilla lumbering after him, he thrust his prized Dragunov SVD and a handful of ammo into the tech's hands.

"Here, scan these into the damn VR database. I would quite like to use them in future sessions. Oh, and damage it, and I kill you, okay? Thanks a lot!"

Turning round to find a gorilla's face is a pretty unsettling sight. Especially when it wears a pink bow tie. Trying to fix the face of a gorilla with a punch to its nose is not recommended, especially when said gorilla picks you up and throws you ten feet away. Which is exactly the situation Hrisskar found himself in, having jsut made a un-dignified crash landing headfirst into the sand. Picking himself up, he glanced behind, grimaced, swore in Brians direction again, and then started sprinting to the VR exit.

Charly the gorilla seemed unhappy that her newest playmate seemed to have disappeared with a hiss of doors.

((I so wanted to type 'fart in his general direction' sad ))

Cyrith nodded at the command, and used the hilt of his Epoch to hit the man in the back of the head. Making sure the man was truly unconscious, he rummaged through his pack for some rope or thread, anything that could keep the man tied up. He managed to find some, and secured the man, a little tighter than necessary, but oh well.

After that, he hoisted the man onto his shoulder, hoping he could keep this guy up long enough to find a wagon, or something. These people are heavy.

While the rest of his team payed attention to their capture and what to do with it, Paradigm scanned the surrounding area for any more unfriendlies that might've been in the area. He was making sure that their catch wasn't just 'bait' of a cleverly planned ambush. Behind rocks, ruined building walls and structures, gaps in the ground and behind trees and bushes his bionic eye penetrated, searching for humanoid or otherwise intelligent lifeforms.

Nothing.

Good. That meant that the guy they had just caught had actually run into a bad case of horrible luck. Due to the bandit's silent nature, and past experience, the blond-haired mercenary had taken it upon him to scan the area. Why was his being quiet throughout the ordeal any reason to be even more suspicious than normal? Simply because it wasn't normal for a spy-- or hell, for any kind of soldier-- to try and justify their actions so as to befriend their capturers or at the very least decieve them into believing something else. This man, however, had brought up no complaints, no explinations, no justifications. Just resigned silence.

Maybe it was the thief's training that had allowed him to oversee his attempt to negotiate his status; or maybe it was just utter stupidity, stubborness and/or a sense of naive 'loyalty' that kept the man adamantly quiet.

"Coast is clear. This guy's alone.", the tatoo'd mercenary reported after walking up to Captain Stalker. During his search, he had both of his elemental guns out, ready for an ambush. If he did spot anyone, he would warn the captain and get ready for battle.

Stalker's orders made sense. It was best to bring this guy down for interrogation, wring as much information they could from this idiot and 'get ready for the festivities'. He was happy about one thing though:

"Well, someone has to carry that guy around. Not it."

He wasn't going to be the one carrying the unconscious body across the desert.

"Well, that was weird, hey Tech, can you scan in my weapons so as that I can use them? I think I'll need my stuff if were gonna be here for a while. Oh and Apollime, if you have any weapons you might wanna scan them in, and then get serious if you're not serious already."

She glared at him, biting back a retort as she swung back from the monkey. "Gee thanks, now there are more of them and counting!!", she hissed at the "sniper" who decided to show up then leave. Dropping back she hooked her arms onto a branch and jumped up, darting across the branches then flipping out to land beside the tech. Though admiring the laptop she folded her hands behind her back, then looked at the tech. Bending over at the waist so that she was eye level to him in his seat she smiled sweetly, and ignoring the commotion of the monkeys behind her spoke calmly. "Do I have to have you scan in my weapons so that I may use them or do they work already as I expected?", turning her head to look at her partner she frowned, "Okay Erald, let's try to play nice and be partners ok?" Turning back to the tech she smiled again. "I do hope you have some sort of full body scan to pick up on weapons, because if I have to take them all off and give them to you we could be here awhile." She glanced at the captain and grinned. "I am suppose to be a walking arsenal and all."
