LOL that's funny you stuck him in there. We got our 2003 Hyundai for about 10K, I made sure there was a trunk release on the inside, because I remember growing up I liked to stick my siblings in there.
Ah climate control, all I care about is A/C in this insane Texas weather!

Yeah with 6 kids, we got pretty creative with the torture to pass down to each other. It makes for hilarious memories though!
I was here in TX when I was pregnant during the summer and it SUCKED. The heat can just be so unbearable and the allergies here are really weird. That and the flooding during what I like to call "monsoon season in TX." It gets really weird the weather here.

It's so cute and compact! i hear you about that one.....my husband has a 2001 ford mustang, and i could barely get the car seat into that thing....and when we took a small trip in it......my knees were up to the dashboard because ben was behind me, and couldn't be behind my husband........i'm never taking him until he can sit by himself in the backseat........it's just too small for a family.........

Yeah when I drove the Camaro and was pregnant, I didn't feel very safe. I had to sit close enough to press the clutch in but it was an act of Congress to pull myself out.
Yeah I don't like to think about my parents being busy in the sexual sense. *Shudder*. My mom always wanted a large family and I think it's wonderful that they were able to. I know a lot of people have been assholes and looked down on my mom having 6 kids. It wasn't easy and fun at the most of times, but now that I don't live there, it's a lot more fun.
As for morning sickness, start off with small snacks, ginger products and see how that goes?

TexasMomma THeres such a huge differnce between Oklahoma and texas.I really miss the cool weather of oklahoma but eh Texas is nice in the winter. I HATE the OK winter. Too windy for me. Not too cold, but the wind chill will cut right through you. I can't stand it. I even like the weather in the Dallas area (about 3 hours drive from us) quite a bit better!!!

Ok, here is the story:
kmaritza (wife) is pregnant, if you don't already know. She is either 11 weeks or 15 weeks. We are going with 11, but know that there is a possibility of 15. Anyway, we were going in to see the doctor (not just the RN) for the first time last Thursday to get a better idea. However, due to a screw up on the part of the receptionist, we were scheduled with the wrong doctor. No problem. We were able to get rescheduled for this morning with our doctor. It had to be now, since our doctor was going to be out for the next month, since she was due for sometime next week to give birth herself. We get there this morning and find out that she delivered on Friday. So it will be another month. Arg. Granted, I'm not really upset about having to reschedule THIS time, b/c of what the reason is. It is just that we wouldn't have to reschedule if the original appointment was with the correct doctor. We would have gotten in beforehand. We explained our concerns about not a couple of issues regarding the due date to the nurse, and she was nice enough to go ahead and schedule us for an ultrasound for next week. A week is quite a bit better than a month to wait.
