Knives scrambled to avoid feeling something in the ground while he was trying to escape. It wouldn't be enough but he was able to pull together a small defense, mostly thanks to Shukaku to prevent him from dying. The spear would create a crater in the ground with Knives face down at the bottom. His muscles twitched and ached from the blast, but he was able to pull something together, very sloppy as he laid over top of it at the bottom of the crater.

Ayame seeing Knives on the ground went over to the spider that was keeping Daichi from landing. She formed the kunai between her fingers and threw them at the spider. "Daichi stay up there keep an eye on Knives from above." Daichi barked and did as his tamer said watching Knives' every move or lack thereof, as Ayame gathered her chakra in her hand and along her arm spinning it and waited for the opportune moment.

James looked at his cat easily. "Well you heard the lady. Figure it out." James said to the cat.
Keir gave James a look of I noticed jackass, and growled lightly. He looked over the book James put in front of him, taking the instructions that only an animal could understand.
Keir gave a low growl again, and then a lighter sound. He let out the big cat version of a meow. The cat almost looked surprised at the sound. He fought with sounds for a few minutes, trying to make things work.
It took him several moments, but slowly, bit by bit, he worked his way around speech, and he let out a low rolling sentence. " I'm hungry, are we almost done with this?"

The spider would roll to avoid the kunai, it wasn't as smart as most people would think. Another came from Knives hands but seems that one was a bit more stupid than the first as it went off to go bang against the door to that academy. 'Well that was helpful..' 'What have we said?!'
Meanwhile the other spider after rolling would go after Ayame and Knives finally rolled over and threw the jar he had made previously. Now it seems that he was just dicking around.

Ayame shook her head at the idiotic spider and threw the tornado at Knives. She quickly created another and threw it at the spider messing with her, "Damn thing. Daichi fly off get out of the blast range if you can." Ayame pushed her chakra once again outside of her body. The lightning armor would protect her from the blast, but she hoping Daichi could get far enough away.

San would appear infront of the tornado, using his electric resistance to negate the electric attack as ayame aimed it for knives.
"Alright fellas, thats enough. I declare this a draw. Rest up now."
San would approach knives first, and speak to him as a teacher.
"Knives...i know the concept of sparring is probably forign to you, but you can ly fight as you practice. So when you practice, feel like its for real. Get aggressive, get in their face, and if they start pissing you off with some bullshit armor, find a way to make it work in your favor."
San would move of next to ayame, and begin talking to her.
'Ayame, you gotta make better use of your numbers advantage. Daichi si a strong and capable ninja, and you need to treat him as such. find a way to follow up our attcks and keep the pressure on. Never relent on your offense but always weary of your defense..."
He would let them rest for a bit.....(chakra recover time skip FTW!)

Ayame relieved herself of her lightning armor and sat on her haunches as Daichi came over to her. He nosed her hand and she looked at him grabbing a handkerchief she always carried and cleaned his bad eye and the scar in his lip seeing as it had opened up and decided to bleed. "Poor guy," she said doing the usual and cauterizing the opening with her lightning, stopping the bleeding. Daichi shook his head and looked at San as he walked over. Ayame looked at him and listened to what he said, "Yes sensei."

Knives wanted to speak on the matter of, how the hell was he suppose to get through armor comprised of complete lightening that would kill his nervous system but you know it wasn't worth it. It didn't help that right now he wanted to kill and he was tired of being cooped up in the village, and killing your own citizens was frowned upon.
'Yes. Let you're hate fill you. Let it continue your path to the dark side.'

Ayame nodded, "Yep all good," but stayed sitting. San sounded a bit suspicious if she stayed on her haunches she could move. She trusted him, but San was an enigma wrapped in a riddle surrounded by mystery. Daichi shook his fur out dislodging the dust from the spar and watched San with attentive eyes, while bouncing from paw to paw he had energy again.

They seemed to be as sassy as ever. San sensed ayame's adrenaline surge through her system, and he had to stop himself from giving a massive chuckle. She was always on edge around him. Good, the warrior kept everyone off balance. One of the academy kids came and bowed at the end of the room, then entered to discuss with San. The ninja would follow him to the corner, where he would answer a few questions as well as sign a pass to send him to the higher level archives in the library. It was good to be a teacher.
San formed a shape out of his iron sand, and simply gave it a touch as the kid left the room. Turning around to face the duo, who were now at his 12 oclock, while at the same time drawing a single kunai san would send it hurtling while weaving seals with his eyes. as soon as the easily controlled kunai would leave his hand, it would multiple into a wall of 100, aiming to form a powerful frontal offensive to take the two soon to be promoted ninja by surprise.
This would be done without remorse or regret...and it seemed San's next game had jsut begun....

Ayame watched San as he walked off, "Daichi" Daichi tilted his head to the side then got a clue and watched San as well. She had almost relaxed when the wall of kunai came at them. Ayame quickly made handseals and two rings of lightning formed and started rotating around her creating a barrier. Daichi went underground using the earth as his shield.

'I'm just gonna go ahead and say you might want to dodge that. Like for real dodge that.' 'Nah, I think I got this. God let's hope so.'
Knives drew his blade from his back and fed chakra into his blade. From what he knew this should buy him sometime. San wasn't going to mess around so there was no need to mess around here, and clearly Knives couldn't either. If anything he could easily be the bait for this. Time would tell how well the close range fighter could go against San. He fed chakra into his blade and waited until the kunai were in range and swung his blade at the Kunai unleashing a wave of energy of his own at the Kunai to combat them and give Knives some room not to be hit by the Kunai. Even so Knives moved himself underground to gain some advantage, though it wouldn't be much as he moved behind San to at least have him have to focus in more than one direction at a time. Even if it was San opponents in different directions was still something no one ever liked.

Ayame was in for a nasty surprise as she realized the trap San had already laid out for her in particular. The Ward off Seal would prohibit the activation of a single elemental jutsu, and San had chose the double edge sword: Raiton. Luckily, the ninja was well rounded enough that he would be capable of being minus 1 element. As ayame tried to perform her gyroscope, she would notice that she was incapable of doing it and the lightning just fizzled out of existance. The wave of 100 kunai would go smashing into her, and even if her life flashed before her eyes, she would find herself not dead. The kunai were blunted, but that didnt stop them from causing a great deal of blunt trauma as they would smack into her, layer after layer, acting as some powerful mans punch.
Beneath Ayame, the ground would loosen and open up, attempting to swallow Ayame deep into the ground. With the preoccupation of the kunai attack, as well as the force behind it, it would undoubtedly be a perfect distraction to get the hatake girl into the ground.
As for the two dwelling in the ground, it would be a remarkable downside for them. What they didnt know was that they merely had adopted the earth, San was born to it and molded by it. The Earth belong to one person: Him. As Knives chakra swing struck the Kunai, San to was on the move, using angular movement to insure he was not on the same vector as the crescent based attack. He really didnt need to, as the two clusters canceled each other out but extra insurance was always appreciated.
San could hear the distinct heart beats of the wolf and the large man as they swam in the earth, noticing distinctly how daichi would react to Ayame's trouble. It was possible that if she was stuck in the ground that claustrophobia would get the best of her. Simply using his own connection with the ground, San would pulse some chakra through the earth, seeing as two (possibly 3) adversaries were down there, to eliminate their capability of using jutsu for a short time (2 posts). Keeping track of their locations, as well as their current predicaments, San would form a single clone next to him who seemed to be ready for whatever was comming next....
