♦♠Raimu Aki♥♣ The Sound Barrier of Life
Rhyme suddenly snapped into action when she heard the person supposedly named Rihakxi say that she can't let the mouse stay in one piece either. She suddenly summoned her double-headed spear and had her Mega-phone by her waist, ready to fight. "I'm always up for a good fight... It wouldn't hurt to try..." She murmured to herself a little bit, worried about what might happen. She twirls the spear around a little bit and stops, holding the spear by her right side. She was next to the mouse who had yet to introduce himself. She was surprized that he knew so much...

x x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx King Mickey’s brow furrowed as Rihakxi took a step forward, acknowledging his accusations as right by calling him clever. Of course he didn’t really need her confirmation; everything seemed to fall into place, just as he had feared. He, Donald, and Goofy were too late. The light-bearers were spread across the galaxy no doubt, and these dark beings were already working to tear them apart further, if not literally. There was still a good chance that they could pull everyone together again, but that would involve the King getting to Donald and Goofy and having them go around to all the worlds in search of the Keyblade Master and his countless friends. In this situation, however, he wasn’t too sure he could just waltz right out and live, especially now that he had this green-haired girl with him.
Rihakxi made a good point then, saying that since the mouse did know about her, she couldn’t let him go. He was probably the only one in the universe that knew who she was and why that was so important, for he still hadn’t gotten the chance to tell Donald or Goofy, much less anyone else. The woman raised her hands as if she was ready to summon her weapon, whatever it could be. The girl beside King Mickey took a step forward as well, summoning up a spear and a megaphone. Though the rodent was unsure of what the megaphone would do, over the years he’d learned that people had unique and strong powers, all of which should never be underestimated. Therefore he wasn’t really surprised to see the girl was able to fight, and willing to as well, but that didn’t mean he was okay with it.
His Majesty put himself between the two girls, holding his right hand out to his side and allowing some light to form around his palm. He didn’t summon up his Keyblade quite yet, but it was ready to appear in a moment’s notice. Without looking at the greenette, he spoke to her. ”You gotta get outta here,” he told her firmly, yet his eyes never left Rihakxi. ”You can help me by finding my friends. You’ll know ‘em when ya see ‘em. Just tell ‘em Mickey sent ya. I’ll handle things here.” Though he sounded confident, King Mickey was unsure on the inside. The last time he’d fought a being of pure darkness, he’d almost lost. If it hadn’t been for an old friend of his, he could have disappeared forever. He wasn’t sure how well he would fare now on his own, but he knew he’d grown in the last twelve years and had become a better Keyblade wielder since then. ((Again, sorry for the delay. Band's over though, so I'll be posting regularly. And who liked the BbS reference? Short and lame, I know, but so worth it.))

♦♠Raimu Aki♥♣ The Sound Barrier of Life
Rhyme looked like as if she was about to object to Mickey's orders, but stopped and nodded. "A-alright. I'll go then, good luck..." Rhyme turned and exited the broken gym out of the school. Having visited many worlds, it wouldn't be too hard to go about finding 'King Mickey's friends. Rhyme dismissed her weapon and ran out to find an exit to other worlds. 'Where to go where to go...' she thought to herself, looking around frantically for a way to go.

The woman chuckled lightly as Mickey told the girl to run and find his friends. "How cute. You've never dealt with the likes of me before. Even my Master Xehenort's powers pales compared to my own," she said as she took pause. Normally she would leave her Dusk underlings to do the fighting for her, but she had been itching to fight since her master had set her forth on this mission to capture what they needed and destroy everyone else. This much she knew for sure: Mickey Mouse was a target that was to be destroyed. With the King of the Disney Kingdom gone, the barriers of neighboring worlds would crumble, leaving them and their hearts wide open for her to take and give to Kingdom Hearts. "So let's see what this mouse can do," she challenged, throwing down her hood to reveal her face at last: eyes crimson and cropped hair black as night, her features mirroring perfectly her Somebody in every way save for the complete opposite colors of her hair and eyes. With a heavy stomp of her foot, circles of darkness pooled at her feet, twisting and churning until two pillars shot from the floor, Rihakxi jumping up after it and grabbed the pillars and jerked away in a perfect back flip, landing crouched on the floor, holding a pair of heavy, dark maces, both of them had made a small crater from the impact. Effortlessly she lifted them as she stood and looked at her enemy, furious darkness flowing from her as she ran forward and swung them around in a dance-like advance.

x x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx The room rung with Rihakxi’s cold voice, leaving an opening for King Mickey to make a comment of his own, but he remained silent. He found it a little hard to believe that she could be more powerful than Xehanort, who probably was the one who trained her. Yet he’d seen stranger things happen. He knew plenty of pupils that could outdo their masters. Perhaps this ravenette was one of them. If that was the case, then he probably really was in trouble. Of course, he didn’t intend of fighting for too long. He just needed to buy time until that green-haired girl found Donald and Goofy and brought them back here. Then he would tell them the situation and what he needed them to do, let them escape, and then make a crafty escape of his own. He wouldn’t have a choice but to bring the greenette with them if she showed up with his two friends, but there were bigger problems than that. He was fairly certain that once everyone of interest to Rihakxi was away from this world, she would leave as well and start making other plans.
Until that time, however, he needed to fight. The biggest question was would he be able to last long enough for all of these things he needed to be accomplished to happen? King Mickey was no push-over, but from what he knew about what he’d read about Rihakxi, this wasn’t really a fight that he’d intended to do on his own. The girl started forward, dropping her hood and revealing a face practically identical to that of Riku’s twin sister. Darkness appeared at her feet, making the mouse jump back and throw his hand to his side. His Keyblade flashed into his palm in a brilliant light and he landed just as the dark pools became pillars and gave the girl her weapons. The ground shook as the large maces slammed onto the ground, splitting the floor. Mickey was a good fighter, but his power wasn’t in his strength. Going up against such large, heavy weapons was going to prove to be a problem.
The King was slightly impressed when he saw the girl stand and come at him with the large weapons as if they were nothing. That was what extreme training would do for a person. The mouse dodged by hopping back and parrying any of the strikes that came to close to his own small body. The weapons were just as heavy as they looked, and he knew fighting directly was not going to be the way to win this battle. ”You may be strong, Rihakxi,” he began, still backing away from the blows, knowing full well that the wall was going to be coming up behind him soon. ”But cha forget one important thing: Ya got your flaws too! And one of ‘em is relyin' too much on the darkness!” With a final leap back that placed him right up against the wall but a good distance away from his opponent, His Majesty raised his Keyblade and pointed it at the girl. Light formed at its tip and looked like it would just form a small beam, but instead light exploded from the weapon in a large wave that shot directly at the Nobody.

For a little while, Rihakxi was actually enjoying herself, or at least what she would believe to be amusement. The rodent was as skillful and powerful as her master had warned her about. As she continued to fight and swing about her maces at her enemy, she could see that he was starting to get cornered at a wall. It wouldn't be much longer now. After Mickey would be destroyed, she would go find Aros and prepare to destroy anyone who would stand in their way. She raised her maces again when Mickey jumped back and made a short speech about how she was flawed because she relied too much on the darkness. He was kidding, right? How could she rely too much on one thing if she didn't truly exist in the first place? She held up her maces in an X formation to hold off the blast, though it pushed her back a few feet. With her eyes closed to keep the light from getting to her, she began to push back the attack. "You naïve pest! I AM the Darkness!" she yelled, pulling the enlarged shadows Mickey's blast of light had created and drew them into her weapons and blasted them back at the rodent.

x x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Though the burst of light hadn’t been the strongest thing King Mickey’s arsenal, it was one of the more powerful ones, and so he was very shocked to see that it did no physical damage to Rihakxi other than push her back a few feet. He frowned, mostly to himself, and his brow furrowed over his eyes. He took the quick pause in between attacks to distance himself from the wall, instead positioning his back more towards the center of the room again, though still facing his opponent squarely. The Nobody let out a harsh laugh and manipulated the shadows created by his own assault to make an attack of her own. She countered what he said, then pulsated the darkness at him. ”Reflect!” the mouse cried, swiftly lifting his blade to the air and casting a strong light shield around himself.
The darkness collided with the light, shaking it up to the point where it started to crack. Any other Key-Bearer’s shield most likely would have collapsed, but not King Mickey’s. Though he had to strain to keep it up, the light successfully warded off the darkness and sent it away, leaving him unharmed, though a bit winded. He widened his stance, ready for another attack, but soon saw that Rihakxi had been expecting that last one to knock him out of commission and hadn’t prepared a follow-up attack. ”Ya don’t understand,” he argued, shaking his head. ”There isn’t one person or Nobody that’s pure darkness. Only darkness is pure darkness. Even you have some light in ya. Hikari’s proof of that. Somewhere deep inside of ya, you’ve got light too. Just like me and all the other ‘light’ Key-Bearers have darkness. That why ya can’t just use the darkness for whatever ya want ta. In the end, it’ll be you that gets used!” Too many times before had the King seen this happen, and it saddened him to think that even a heartless Nobody would fall to the same fate at this rate.
He couldn’t feel too much pity for the girl trying to kill him, however. He might not be able to save her, but he had to save himself. Too many people were depending on the knowledge, leadership, and -- most importantly -- friendship he held. So now was his turn to strike. Using his size and speed to his advantage, the rodent darted forward, anticipating attacks and shifting from left to right rapidly so that it would be hard, almost impossible, to land a hit on the small king. His Majesty, at the last possible second, leapt to the air, and flashed his Keyblade across as far as his arms would reach. Through the path of his weapon, shards of light appeared and rocketed at the ravenette. Using that as a distraction, as he descended to the ground, he spun around and slashed his blade across again, to serve either as a defense mechanism or to attempt to land a blow on Rihakxi’s abdomen, depending on what the girl did.

♦♠Raimu Aki♥♣ The Sound Barrier of LifeRhyme ran through the school yards in search of Mickey's friends. She skidded to a stop when she saw a dog and a duck trying to get out of th water. Are those Mickey's friends? Let's just hope they are... she thought to hersef before runnning over to them. She waited until they got to shore, then she'll speak. Once they did, she decided to talk. "Hey! Um... some mouse named Mickey sent me to find you!" She shouted over to them. She hoped they knew who Mickey was, or she wuld be wasting valuable time.

Crystal was walking to the front of the school and stopped. Is this were she is? she thought to herself. She walked through the school seeing barely anyone there,"This should be interesting." she said aloud. She sarted walking toward the gym were she felt a strong presence of light and darkness. Would who's there? she asked herself. She peaked through the opening to see a battle. She looked around to see it was destroyed.Or at least nearly destroyed. She keeped silent and watched what would happen.

As much as she was enjoying herself, Rihakxi knew that this fight was starting to draw out a bit longer than she wanted to. She didn't want to waste her energy on this little rodent when she had bigger fish to fry. Aros had most likely found Sora by now, and it was possible that Roxas had come into contact with Alexander and her lesser half, Hikari as well. She had to get back to the latter group before too long to collect Roxas and finish off her Other once and for all. The longer the battle lessened her chances of getting there in time. "So what if I end up being used? Just as long as I get what I want in the end. Then I want that weakling Hikari to go back into the void of nothingness where she belongs. She is dead weight; she isn't even a Keyblade Wielder!" she exclaimed in response to his little speech once again before he launched himself at her for an attack. Because of her heavy maces, she wasn't quite as fast as the little king was, but she still easily maneuvered and attacked, each fighter just missing the other's blows. She paused when he jumped up into the air and shot shards of light at her, making her use a Dark Shield out of instinct to deflect them. With one mace being used to hold up the Shield, she looked down and held her other mace to block his slash, using the position of the mace to swing her body around and make a swift side kick at him. With enough damage, she hoped that he would be weak enough for her to capture and hypnotize before dealing the deathblow. ((Going to bring in Donald and Goofy soon. I just want to draw out the fight a little longer. Probably the next post or so help will arrive.))
