Oh we're all in the Eighth Squad Training Grounds.
Unfortunately the invasion didn't go to plan and now another Arrancar came and took me right in the Pride. You see another Arrancar came along and went. "WHY NOT FIGHT THE CAPTAIN" Now I'm the Tenth Espada so you can see the problem here but I'm honour bound to defeat him in-front of my Fraccion, you included.
So we're soon to head off as soon as my last Fraccion gets online and goes. "YEAH LET'S GO FIGHT HIM". I am how under the opinion that we've got good odds due to our large numbers.
NOW GET IN THERE. EIGHTH SQUAD. TRAINING GROUNDS. FINAL DESTINATION.

Hmmm, I'd say strength in numbers would work in RL, possibly, but shinigami are known to defy the odds and win even when Toshiro said that ten Vasto Lorde would destroy the entire Soul Society. HAVEN'T YOU WATCHED THE SHOW? WE IS DOOMED!!! Nah, I don't care if you fight him. just make me strong.

We have.
Me - Tank
SDD - DPS/Debuffs
Pa Rot - DPS/Copying any move he sees
Kouzan - Stealth/Distractions
Natsuo - God Knows but he can turn invisible and make a useless sonic boom
Mi Mi Darling - Copying powers.
I promise to make you strong though SDD. We're going to make sure that this is a great victory for the Arrancar. You will be with us! All Glory to the Hypnotoad!

I do count the usage of hormones to distract the enemy as a debuff. I mean what would you consider your powers for?

Ah I think I know what plot we're talking about now.
It's the one where Ky digs down to the depths of Hueco Mundo to get some power source.
Of course now Calamar has given it all away. If my hunch is correct. The power source is the Under Dark and we're all releasing some kind of terrible evil.
That or that's just a mini-plot between Ky and Calamar.
Also Calamar left. I can't count him. As I can't count any of my allies who aren't with me for this battle.
If I was to count you though I would count you as instant victory. The combination of our powers would in-fact. Lead to that.

Unless a person shuts out all other feelings during battle.
Somebody like Kenpachi would be unaffected by hormones, because he is only stimulated by battle.

Well remember that Calamar said to summon him when needed; and I'm looking to RP now so go ahead and summon him back to Eighth squad and you're team will be crazy powerful/diverse.
He's a guy, and very much driven by such "hormones". Blood lust, male testosterone. He wouldn't be horny per say, but blinded by pure rage.
