No, they do not. I'm talking about reality fluctuations. The energy exchange in the boiler room causes distortions when it is heavily bleeding in or out. For some reason, Powell here seems to be very sensitive to those fluctuations. If there are issues, he'll almost always be the first to show signs.

Well, whatever caused the flux seems to have abated for now. I'll have to study what was going on in here recently closer.
