Now you mentioned when you were erm, interviewing the musical master that you had used a drug to disable your auditory functions and that got me to thinking. What if we could do the same thing with our emotions. Temporarily of course.

Well It would essentially shut off the part of the brain that allows us to feel emotion. The only problem is it would turn the user into a bit of a sociopath until it wears off or a cure is administered. Which I still need to find by the way.
