I don't treat them like vermin. They're my friends, and they help me out. These collars are for surveillance. It lets me keep an eye on what's going on around the Nexus, though apparently some other people like to leech off my labor, like the Question.

She's been stealing my surveillance for weeks. When I started scrambling the signal, she threatened to tell my...stalker...where my hideout is. Dirty pool!

I know she's a pain in the a**, and she doesn't have a face. Last time I saw her, she and Batwoman tried to bring Trickster and me in. He talked them out of it with a puppet show.
