Angie smiles, though it's a little tight. "Hello there. We're going to rent a few rooms from you for a little while. Your house was recommended to us."
The girl gives Edan a funny look before nodding at Angie. "Oh, right. Come on in." She has a very slight accent, even! Forgot that. She steps back and holds the door open. It's warm inside!

Nat decides he will sleep too. He uses his suitcase as a pillow and zzzzzs.

"Wipe your feet, if you would." She watches them enter with through half-closed eyes.
"Thank you. We have two more on their way." Angie enters and wipes her feet on a rug! This house has an open floor plan. There is a dining area with big wooden furniture, a little kitchen, and a lot of chairs and big ol' couch that have been pushed around the fireplace.. which is huge. A bearskin rug covers part of the floor.

Richard glares at Edan.

"A little ways, yes. My name is Angelina." She shakes the girl's hand. "This is Richard, and his father Edan." She gestures to the boys.

"Likewise. My name is Aster." She shakes Richard's hand with a little smile. "There are rooms upstairs. They're all the same inside, so you don't have to fight over them."
"Thank you. I'll go put my things away, then we can discuss payment." She heads to the stairs!

Rufus arrives on the doorstep! He kicks some snow off his boots, then knocks.

Edan eyes the bear rug as he follows them. He imagines that it would make an awesome cape.

Angie tromps on up the stairs and walks down the long hallway, looking into rooms. "They really are all the same." She enters one.

The doors opens again! Aster smiles at them. "You must be the stragglers. Come on in."
Rufus looks surprised, but smiles and enters. "Thank you."

Richard frowns and follows them in as well. "No, you will not."

"Edan.. you probably need your own room."
The room is well lit thanks to the bigass window that covers one wall. There is a wooden canopy bed with a thick blue quilt, and a matching wooden armoire off against the opposite wall.

"Rufus Cog. And this is Stephen, a friend of mine. I guess my daughter has already checked in?" He offers the girl his hand.
She shakes it. "Still checking in, actually."

"Richard and I need privacy."
A girl appears in the doorway! She looks a lot like Aster, except that both of her eyes are blue and and her long white hair is straight, with bangs that rest just above her eyebrows. She is wearing a dress. ".. Hello. Are the rooms all right? Do you need anything?"

"Ah. Do I need to tie up any loose ends?"
"Well.. Yeah. Let's go into the office and write all this down." She leads Rufus into a little room that is attached to the sitting room.

Edan makes sad whimpery sounds.

The girl scoots away from Edan and peeks back in. ".. You have enough blankets? You're sure everything is okay?"
"Yes. I'll let you know if we need anything else."

Rufus takes a seat near Aster's desk.
Aster slides a notebook over and produces a pen. She glances up. "Ah.. Stephen, was it? The rooms are upstairs if you want to go ahead and grab one."
