Well, Brainiac 5 wrote that those who are dead will walk around here. Coming here either not knowing they were dead or fully experiencing and aware of that death.
So it could be argued that Jonah could come back to life without being a Black Lantern.*Nods to the open body bag.*

Fine . Just a little stressed out from this project. I was hoping to get a piece of a black ring, but I guess its for the best they are gone. Still sucks to miss out on an opportunity to study one.

No offense but how could you help? They are meant to cloak our emotions from the lanterns. Unless you have some way of detecting emotions like they do it will just have to wait for the next attack.
