Rei smiled.She couldent help but think this shy bakura was cute. It wasent like her bakura but it was very very cute. "Ah. Well this little girl is femi and the boy is kek." she told him introdusing her children. Kek babled on in the baby noises as femi giggled waving her arms.

"You're Rei?" Bakura asked, remembering what she had said before. "Is a weird name." He looked around, ignoring Rei for about a minute or two. "We don't have an inn here. People don't like to visit. Say we're bad, I t'ink. You be staying here long?"

Rei chuckled softly "I do dont I?" she said. she had...found a few things on the way there. You dident live with bakura and not know how to steal. It just dident happen. So she had plenty of money

"You seem familiar." Bakura mumbled, then shrugged. "Mama said I shouldn't bother her anymore, tho. You ned to ask her yourself. She whips me if I bother her too much." He grinned, his shyness fading slightly.

"She stays home an' cooks an' cleans. Father goes out and works." Bakura glanced towards the entrance to his village, to the harsh desert beyond. "But people aren't going out like that as much. They're sacred." He began to walk off, glancing over his shoulder to see if she would follow.

Bakura edged around some other children who were chasing each other, no longer watching Rei. He sat down on the ground near a building, leaning against the wall and closing his eyes. He seemed rather serious for a child.

Rei said beside him.She took both the children out of the pouch and set them in her lap. Femi who was very interested in bakura giggled grasping bakuras shirt.

"Did the soldiers kill him?" Bakura asked, pulling his finger away and wiping the drool off on his shirt. He began to draw in the ground with his other finger. "A lot of people are being killed from 'invading troops'. Dat's what Mama says. I don't know who dey are."
