Air Treck: The Horn Road - Marmalade Chainsaw
- Upon her meeting with Nara Dev, Furanken's attention has not focused solely swordsmanship. Instead, she's turned towards ATs and their interesting chakra-wheel connection. After some tinkering, she generated this mundane technique: just as the ATs use chakra to rotate the wheels of the skates, Furanken has done a way to do something along the opposite. Utilizing her ATs engines as a medium, Fura releases her chakra to the point where a thin layer can be seen coming off of her body. From there, she will rev her ATs, utilizing it's special mechanisms to force her own chakra into motion, circulating her body not unlike the way a chain goes around a chainsaw, and the effects of the technique are no different from a chainsaw either.

By exploiting her Raiton chakra and ATs, she can practically make her body into a living chainsaw, which can only grow more vicious if she's given time to gather a greater rotation rate in her wheels.

However, this technique does have it's cons... Due to the strain on her skates, it can cause the Air Treks to overheat, thus making them less than useful for several turns. It also takes a significant toll on her chakra if used for extended periods of time.

Alright. There are a few things I need to be done on my profile if it hadn't been done already:

1)The removal of the made up techniques: Yin Yang Split, Kamikaze, Dark/Light World, Above the Limit, Curse of the 12 Zodiac Seals, Puppet Eyes, Puppet's Library, Play of William Shakespeare, Phantom of the Opera, and Puppet Clan Switch.

2) Removal of all Akasun Clan techniques as I shall not be an Akasun


Alright. After all that is taken care of, here are my techs that needs to be looked over:

Ether Circuit/Chakra Gate – Because of nanomachines within his body, Bone has been programmed to be able to control them at will. Although they cannot be used to rebuild destroyed limbs or repairing damages during battle, they can be used to reconstruct limbs to create weaponry out of them, or be expelled from the body for short periods of time to create external weaponry. However, only the Ether Circuit or the Chakra Gate can be active one at a time.

R-Weapon Series – AKA the Realian Weapon Series, they can only be created after the activation of and continued use of Ether Circuit. List of creatable weapons and name is as follows:

Recharge: Fixes damages upon the body that can be repaired quickly and easily.

Hilbert Effect – revealing the lenses hidden within the eyes that amplifies a wave of energy that disrupts the chakra flow from any source other than the person’s own chakra. (i.e. Demons, Curse seals, Orochi powers, etc.)

Add a limit. And how much can you disrupt that chakra?

The limit is already set. It can disrupt the use of Demons, Curse Seals, Orochi Powers, Beast Seals, and other special equipment you have. You can only use your own chakra, not your demons or draw out more from the Curse Seal, cannot use your Orochi power, etc.

And then one I just thought of:

Assimilation Android - taking a small sample of a recently defeated or willing participant, Bone shall be able to create a new android over a period of 3 full posts that contains all the techniques of the sample's origin with one weapon specialty each. However, they cannot function if Bone is destroyed or too far away (about the length of 10 football fields. 1000 yards)

But Quix isn't an Akasun and he can pretty much copy a person completely as they are and make clone copies of them. So why can't I do that? Oh, I can also give a few more examples if you want.

I'm well aware of what Quix can do but I'm putting a stop to all these techniques as an excuse to collect clan techs from now on. Please don't use another person's techniques as leverage to get yours approved.

New Dogs, New Tricks - Well, the made ups can take up a skill that is supposed to be clan exclusive as long as they are in that clan. They could learn moves that are approved in the Made Up topic. Meaning, I have to submit Made Up ideas for them here and get them approved so they can be added to their slot. One move would be like this: Since Ella is able to go from animal to human and Anthro is her creation he has learned a way to transform into a half human and half animal state. With this he can blah, blah. They cannot learn moves from other people like rpc can but can learn moves that Ella has as Made Ups but it would cost more for them. That too would have to be submitted in here.

More Power - I'm trying to figure a way to increase doujutsu. That's the whole deal with this More Power thing... and for more clan moves. What if instead of gaining points to learn moves if they could exchange moves for clan moves? No, that probably won't work either. -thinks-

Advanced Soul Sealing: Soul Fusion - That's how she makes the homunculi. She uses soul fragments in creating them. I was thinking of a better way to get a soul fragment instead of up and killing a ninja. Fusing is harder because it has to be the actual person and she must be completely fused. She can't try this with a clone or if she --her whole body-- isn't completely fused. I figured with more effort she could get the soul portions without always going for the kill.

Gift of the Psychic: Bilocation | I just wanted a way to increase the range of a clone. Just something I thought up since there were few Made Ups to increase the range of a clone. XD

Gift of the Psychic: Advanced Telepathy

2,000 cp | ninjutsu | range: to initiate must be in plain sight but afterward the range limit is the village

With this jutsu, Akou’s telepathic powers are increased. He can read the mind of a single ninja when they are in his plain sight. He is even capable of communicating with them through the mind. Though he could easily combine this with a jutsu to attack the foe, he cannot do that. He does not have the power to harm the opponent in this state. He is passive when linked with his opponent. If he chooses, he can also tap into the emotions of his opponent, creating a link between the two through emotions if the two make eye contact before or after the skills activation. This move can only be combined with one special move which is called Gift of the Psychic: Reverse Telepathy. Other than that, Akou cannot attack or defend in this state. He can, however, maintain a defensive jutsu he had already created. But that takes one move away from possible moves he can do. Meaning, only two defensive jutsu can be maintained after activating this jutsu. And only one if Akou wishes to combine this move with another.

If a person has 1.5x more chakra than Akou then their mind cannot be read at all with this technique.

Lifeless Saki- Agito has three bottles of a special saki. This saki is pitch black and tastes awful. If Agito hadn't trained himself to drink it, he would most likely barf ever time a drop his his tongue. If Agito drinks some of this saki, everyhting inside of him dies for an instant and then all his vitals eventually return. (like hes flushing out his system of bacteria) he looses all emotion for the rest of the battle. This is helpful against certain abilities that make people depressed, angry, or in love. Because as he loses all emotion, those type of techniques lose their effect on him. When Agito drinks this, his skin becomes rather pale and his eye become blank as no emotion is shown on his face anymore. If someone has 2x CP than Agito, he can still be affected by these emotional techniques.

Jutsu Idea::

Chakra Halo::
A halo made of pure chakra the is constantly floating above Zeru's head. No matter which body he is using. It appears to be first like a simple item to make him look better. But when he takes a hold of it. It enlarges and becomes more solid, like a large chakra bladed ring. he can then use it to attack, or defend himself, before being able to return it to where he hangs. Though the weapon is made of chakra, it takes up such a small degree of chakra to keep it floating, that it really does not effect him any. But when he chooses to activate it into a weapon it drains a small percentage of chakra upon activation.
It's presence also comes with that of a fighting style, to which he needed to master. This fighting style is known as the Dance of Death. It revolves around sparradic movements, and swift dodges in order to use the Ring Blade weapon effectively. This ability is partially mastered at 5,000 CP and fully mastered at 10,000 Cp.

Everlasting Emptiness - Through the course of time Nyu realized that he had been slacking and decided to find a way to perfect mostly all of his skills by mastering his affinity of Darkness. Once Nyu uses his chakra through any jutsu that in some way shape or form creates a shadow, that shadow will continue to exist through Nyu's chakra. This allows Nyu to never have to fear light to kill off his power source, but rather embrace it by using it to create large shadows that will stay as long as Nyu is around. The shadows will only stay if Nyu is within 100 feet of them, after leaving the area all supposed "shadow areas" will return to normal.

(( I realize this skill seems to be pretty powerful, but the skill on it's own is just making shadows stay. Think about it xD))

I can allow you slight resistance to light but not complete immunity to light. Like it takes time for chakra infused shadows to be broken down by light instead of just instantly vanishing.

Hmm I actually like that better, I can pull out the shadow and make it solid or into chaos before vanishing. xO

Seventh Day Paradox
Sano finds it rather troublesome to fight someone through proxy, so when Sano enters a battle he extends a passive field around himself. Taking up on the inherent ability to transmit just about everything that happened to the clone back to the original, Sano instates a rule that causes all damage to transfer as well. So now not just all the information and data that the clone gathers is transferred back, but any damage that a clone incurs also goes back. Now most clones are destroyed by a single blow, but this jutsu keeps clones around long enough to experience the wound before bursting. Of course this rule applies to Sano as well and his clones. Oh and fatal wounds wouldn't transmit.

Sentinel
A unique technique only usable within gears itself. Some call him a madman, some a genius, some just a normal gears ninja, but Sano is undoubtedly a mechanical genius. Spread throughout the village are five robots, now that's not all that strange considering the clans that exist within hidden gears, but the strange thing is these robots contain no organic components, nor souls of any type. They each posses a cyberbrain programmed by Sano himself, hinting at a possible connection between the mechanical genius and the mysterious Double Helix corp. Sano claims that these autonomous robots are superior to the average nin of another village, but their real potential is unknown as they are rarely seen in action and only really act as a police force within the city. Each sentinel is humanoid in appearance and outsiders wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the synthetic and real humans of the village. The only thing giving them away is their identical appearance and speech patterns. Each sentinel is dressed in an impeccably kept three piece suit with reflective glasses. When it comes to fighting they are extremely quick on their feet trading durability for lighter alloys and quicker reaction times. Electrical based skills are surprisingly ineffective on these sentinels who actually posses an electrical punch that makes up for it's weak force with it's stunning capability. Unless the synthetic skin is broken, water based abilities hold no chance of shorting out the circuitry. Fire based skills are somewhat effective, the sentinels being somewhat fire retardant they can withstand anything up to a direct stream of fire blasted right at them from close range. Their last innovation is a type of poly morphing alloy kept on their right forearm, Sano claims it to be a type of synthetic Adamantium, it's not as strong or as durable, but still incredibly hard and sharp. The sentinels can use this metal that appears as a silver gauntlet on their right arm as various types of weapons as they shift it's form freely from one shape to another. Sentinels while powerful have limited use as their battery supplies can only be maintained for one post every 10k chakra Sano posses. Their fighting attacks can be cycled though if necessary to extend their usage, some sentinels fight while the others recharge, etc.

Gears of War - Chain of Giriko
It's is a known fact that most of the Paradox family carry around one form of watch or another. Sano has watches all up and down his arm, just so he can keep track of time on multiple projects at once, but his favorite watch is one he received from his father for his third birthday. He has spent a large amount of time modifying and upgrading this watch up to the standards of the rest of his clan. The watch itself is already a powerful weapon in and of itself, but Sano has seen fit to modify the watch chain to something resembling that of a saw blade. Along with it's different shape and use with a little work in the realm of time, space and dimensional jutsu Sano has been able to extend the chain into a small pocket dimension hidden within the watch itself making it so the chain can extend to enormous lengths when required. After some experimentation with his chakra and the watch chain Sano has found that he can loop the chain around and form a mock chainsaw with his own body as the focal point. With this chakra saw Sano can fight enemies with bladed weapons when posses none to block their attacks with, blocking their attacks and wearing down their blades with his watch chain. The chain can also used for offensive purposes, Sano has developed a whole style of fighting where he can use the chains wrapped around his feet to accelerate his movements over the ground and then attack his enemies if a flurry of kicks ripping and shredding them to pieces. The versatility of this weapon seems boundless as Sano has been seen to use the chain for mid range combat as well extending the chain and looping it before lashing the rotating chain at his enemies like a whip while extending the influence of the chakra through the blades extending the blades with nearly invisible chakra tips much like the leaf village flying swallow so that the blade only needs to come near the opponent to tear into them.

Akasun, Crius

Jutsu Idea

Puppetry Gaze::
A series of small panels are set in the artificial areas around Crius’ eyes. When these panels open and with a surge of chakra they reveal pure chakra beneath, to which ‘veins’ of chakra hold his eyes in place on either side. These veins, allow for an automatic control to any of his own puppets in the area, with no use to the need of strings. This control is sent mentally, and only needs a glance to cause it to be placed into effect. Constant eye contact with a puppet is not needed, only a glance.
When Crius reaches a higher level of his manipulative knowledge [50,000 cp] Crius gains an ability that allows for the hypnotization of his opponents. This is not a genjutsu, but a direct link into his opponent’s mind in order to take a temporary control.
Normally used to pit allies against each other, or to convince the opponent to simply stop fighting, and flee. This ability can also force Crius’ opponent, to defend Crius from other attacks[but in a fighting way, not a dive in and get killed instead, way] This ability can not command opponents to kill themselves, or force them to kill an ally.
This second ability lasts as long as Crius remains untouched by an enemy. Or until the one under his control either reaches a point close to death, or nears killing their allies.

[[Well lets' see, as much as I'd like to approve the mind control thing, it infringes too much on the Yamanaka clan, I've tried a technique with much the same effect. With the string less control we've had similar technique, but I'd like too see a bit more elaboration or qualifications for that part. Like what if you get stuck in a genjutsu? Will they still act atumonously without you based on your previous instructions. If someone puts up some sort of barrier that could block your chakra too the puppet, the puppets would stop working correct? Or if they even put some sort of visual barrier between you and the puppet how long would they continue to function? Since even though you don't have strings, chakra is needed to move the puppets how exactly are the puppets controlled? Is it more of a chakra field that you produce that you can manipulate your puppets in? Or some sort of artificial brain which can receive chakra signals and act appropriately? Sorry if I seem a bit to vigorous with this... ]]

Mind Control:: I thought of that a little after I posted this. Considering the fact that there is a clan that follows the same general idea. Though I figured that being a puppeteer. It would be interesting to have a sort of control over those that he may come across. Naturally under the guide lines of, no suicidal thoughts. And the like. Perhaps I'll think of a way to make it less like the clan, if I can solve these other issues.

Genjutsu:: That is an interesting question. And I believe, at least the way I see it, that they would indeed continue with whatever task was assigned to them, though if it finishes, or had finished and no new instructions were given. Then they would simply cease in movement. Become like a statue, if you will.

Chakra Barrier:: I don't believe I've actually seen a technique that's directly known as a chakra barrier. Though I suppose if I were to run into such a problem, they should still have some sort of reserves, in a sense. Being that they are run with the strings, a reserve of chakra would be based in a small amount, granting a limited amount of time to continue the task before they simply cease in function.

Visual Barrier:: I do not see, to the fact that an actual visual barrier would cease the effects of their function seeing as they are controlled at a mental level. And if there is a visual barrier, you were to assume it would be some sort of wall, therefore using the Akasun clan jutsu, that allows you to see through your puppets eyes. You could still direct them in such a manor.

Control:: They are controlled at a mental level. Through a sort of seal, placed somewhere within the body of the puppet itself. This seal is what recieves the actual signals of both chakra, and mental signals in order to be manipulated without strings. In a sense, like the Artificial brain idea.

Back to the Mind Control:: A decent idea, for the likes of the mind controlling option, is that it really just needed a better amount of information. Wording caused it to seem like an infringment on the other clan.
This form of hypnotization, by use of the Puppetry Gaze is in a sense, making the opponent into a style of living puppet. It does not transfer the mind over, but instead grants a series of control with a decent limitations revolving around the obvious of Chakra Compacity for it's draining. Death, and physical contact. [[H'okay, now that you've better explained it, needs only a few more stipulations for the hypnotizing part, now we can't have you hypnotizing just anyone like I doubt it'd work if you pitted 50k Cirius against 290k Bone right? For most attacks that subdue an opponent the opponent usually has to be weaker and this attack seems to be quite strong to begin with so I would suggest either a 3x limitation or a 2x limitation with a time limit. Cause you have to consider with all the other clans that do similar attacks, The Uchiha don't completely puppetize their opponents, they use something similar to the power of suggestion, a nara's control over his opponent is physically draining, and yamanaka's can't mind switch for long periods of time or get hurt while in the other persons body. So yeah either 3x more chakra then opponent or 2x with a time limit. Or maybe you'd like to consider some sort of seal like Chiyo's Chikamatsu sealing tech which could be physical object applied to the opponent and then it becomes like a tattoo on them, then you'd just need a chakra based time limit.]]

Puppetry Gaze::
A series of small panels are set in the artificial areas around Crius’ eyes. When these panels open and with a surge of chakra they reveal pure chakra beneath, to which ‘veins’ of chakra hold his eyes in place on either side. These veins, allow for an automatic control to any of his own puppets in the area, with no use to the need of strings. This control is sent mentally, and only needs a glance to cause it to be placed into effect. Constant eye contact with a puppet is not needed, only a glance. They are controlled at a mental level. Through a sort of seal, placed somewhere within the body of the puppet itself. This seal is what receives the actual signals of both chakra, and mental signals in order to be manipulated without strings.

When Crius reaches a higher level of his manipulative knowledge [50,000 cp] Crius gains an ability that allows for the hypnotization of his opponents. This is not a genjutsu, but a direct link into his opponent’s mind in order to take a temporary control.
Normally used to pit allies against each other, or to convince the opponent to simply stop fighting, and flee. This ability can also force Crius’ opponent, to defend Crius from other attacks[but in a fighting way, not a dive in and get killed instead, way] This ability can not command opponents to kill themselves, or force them to kill an ally.
This second ability lasts as long as Crius remains untouched by an enemy. Or until the one under his control either reaches a point close to death, or nears killing their allies. This form of hypnotization, by use of the Puppetry Gaze is in a sense, making the opponent into a style of living puppet. It does not transfer the mind over, but instead grants a series of control with a decent limitations revolving around the obvious of Chakra capacity for it's draining. Death, and physical contact. As stated, the effect lasts until the opponent either almost dies, or almost kills an ally. Or the final resolution of Crius being struck by an attack. Against opponents with 2x or more chakra. The effects may last as long as 5 posts, with the other limitations applied. Against anyone weaker, the puppetation may last as long as 10 posts, before the seal is released, and the opponent is brought back to their normal self. The posts, go for the opponent [hypnotized] person only.

[Okay, I added a seal as the limiter, along with the original limiters. As well, I added a 2x more rule. Stated above. I did not add anything about barriers or the like, but I did add exactly how the puppets are controlled. That should be good, I think.]

Chakra Folding - Pint Size

Due to some of the lasting effects of the red stone poisoning she received while fighting the non tailed demon Gabriel, Shisui now suffers from a near constant bleed of chakra, while not immediately noticeable or significant, she often grows tired doing simple everyday tasks making it substantially harder to act as a ninja. Other then lots of sleep to regain the lost chakra, Shisui learned of a strange magick native to the continent of Shambala [[Land of magick and science/alchemy]] She found that by folding, shaping and storing her chakra within herself, she was able to regress to a younger age. In her younger form she's always seen being from the ages of 12-14, in this child like form, the previous chakra bleed she experienced is non-existent. While she is no longer as monstrously strong or quick as she is in her adult form, the younger Uchiha is slightly more agile and quick to react. Regressing to her younger forms also keeps her from using her Kekkei Genkai in it's final form, limiting the darkest powers of the Uchiha to her older form which it's doubtful if she has the chakra to use them anymore anyway. Now while her chakra is folded and manipulated, it's still at the same level just within a smaller vessel, meaning that now she has excess chakra coming off when she attacks making most normal jutsu more potent. She spent many of the years that were spent in Shambala in her younger more compressed form where she learned more of the strange Magicks of the land, specializing in Vector Magicks.

Doton: Weinrebe Nach Der Dim Mak:

This is a combination of several techniques that form together as a single massive attack. Only one set of hand seals is needed. Kazuma fires off his arm with his Kakuzu body manipulation, separating it into several segments as it extends with black tendrils connecting the segments of arm. The black tendrils then shoot out of the arm, extending and branching off until there are 100 sharpened tendrils flying for the opponent. The cherry on the top is that the tendrils are then fused with the energy of a Dim Mak technique. The tendrils are guided by Kazuma, capable of changing direction like smart missiles and with the Dim Mak are able to pierce any barrier techniques.

That and a Time/Distance limit, I'm not having you chase people for whole battles with these things. Also you'd lose that arm after using this technique correct?]]

Now most Kinuta's when born have a Melody arm integrated into their arm, as one of Oroichimaru's pet projects Mei went void of the heavy attachment. Instead they developed a special instrument for her own use. Given to her at age of three, she was trained to fuel her sound based chakra into the instrument. Now almost an adult she's mastered the art of playing the guitar and can now use it both for simple entertainment and for almost any sound based jutsu, including her clans vibrating sound drill. Whatever type it may be whether it be a sung song, or song produced by another instrument she can play it through her guitar. After spending many hours tuning and working with the other machines in the Otogakure labs she's gained a basic understanding of how machines work.

The perfected layout of the Abumi body, some were modified with more air vents, but it's nearly absurd the amount that Knox has managed to survive having implanted into his body. He bears the same layout as the mysterious Chunnin Tatsumaki Suzumebachi, two in the back/shoulder area, with intakes in the front of his chest, two of course in his palms with intakes at his elbow, two is the soles of his feet, with intakes above on the top of his foot and his last ones placed within his knees. The improvements made to this model of air vent allow for both forceful strikes of air, but can also be used in reverse for a powerful suction to draw in an enemy. Of course there's a reason that Knox and Suzu calls these their powerful "Lances" instead of wide and powerful jets of air Knox can confine his air streams into focused lances of air with the power to pierce even heavy metals and armors. These lances that they wield can extend from the body a foot for every 10k Cp he has

Make it 1 foot for every 10k CP he has. If its 1 yard per 1k CP he has, he'd have a lance that could slice across half of wind country.

I see there no sneaking past Doc. XD It's not as bad as you make it seem. A football field length at 100k Cp ain't so scary, but I'll settle for a thirtieth of the range...
