The Mighty Z-Rex onlydraven The Mighty Z-Rex onlydraven I almost never get sick. Once every year or two. I have a very strong immune system. I've never had chicken pox, measles, mumps, ect. The doctors told me that getting at my age might kill me. If I think I have it, I'm to check myself into a hospital immediately.
I'd be afraid of babies if I was you.
I gave it to half my kindergarten class when I was 5. I got chicken pox when I was.. err... 4 or 5. My mother told me not to touch my little sister, who's 2 years younger than me. So what'd I do..? I chased her and tackled her as often as I could, rubbing myself all over her. xd .. a week later, she got the chicken pox. I'm so mean! lol

And now she doesn't have to worry about catching them at an old age and suffering. xd .. so I did her a favor. wink Some infants and young children do get very sick with chicken pox or with the pneumonia that sometimes comes with it. You got lucky that she didn't get the worst of it. Getting them too young can be very troublesome. It's why I had my kids vaccinated when they were infants. confused

So - Itchy. gonk The controversy surrounding it was that some "experts" were arguing that it wasn't as effective as the body's natural immunity granted after contracting the virus naturaly. However, my daughter is now 4 years old, is in school and many of her classmates have already had it. She has not contracted it as of yet. (:
