Yeah when you get the Open for Business expansion pack you have elevators and can now own your own stores. You can hire employers, fire them, and even have a Servo. You can woohoo in the elevator also, it breaks at random times and comes crashing to the floor. Depending on how high your sims were the fall could kill them. My sims were on there way to the 4th floor when it broke. The crash killed them.

Yeah. I was really depressed but then I remembered I didnt save the game after it happened so all of my sims are still alive and when I played it today the mother in the family gave birth to her second child...Necro XXI biggrin

You have to delete your avatar and then create a new one.

Yeah. I do it all the time. Just make sure your avatar isnt wearing any of the clothes you have in your inventory (just to be on the safe side).

I dont know if the clothes your wearing will get deleted (I always take them off of my avatar before I do that). As for the hair, if its not one of the hairstyles that you can choose from in the beginning then yes it will be deleted.
