Personally, my dreams aren't usually something I want to remember because those that I do aren't very pleasant at all.
But that's just it, if you could lucid dreams you could have anything you want happen!
Usually those are things I "want" to happen but would never actually do. It's neurotic situation roleplay continuing into my sleep, and less dreaming, so I do have control over what's happening. I just don't usually choose to make it happy or entertaining.

Angel food cake isn't that bad. Before the end of the first, say, one or two slices.
Cake. I have an urge to make cake. Something with orange slices.
