Atum Re Nu: The rpers who have a position in either of the circuses are main characters who affects the overall storyline. We try to limit it to certain few people to keep the main roleplay from getting out of hand. Those in neither circuses positions, are on neutral grounds, supporters who may have value in building up the main character's personality/etc.
Crew status (if you mean, guild positions), crew are made up of Captain, Vice Captain, and Moderators of the guild, they keep the guild organized, and bad people out.
Level of involvement applies to everyone. If the main characters aren't participating enough (or it seems like they ditched the roleplay), they will have to step down from being the main characters. Those who have high activity in the roleplay/guild/etc, can go up from being minor characters to main characters. These things require time and effort, since it is understandable when someone is very busy irl.
Donations, you can give the mule items/gold so that the guild can hold events with prizes to be won. You can also donate to those who are questing for certain items, which isn't mandatory.
Titles, is like another word for "accepted roles in the plot-line" in this guild. You don't have to have your OC be accepted to role play in some areas, but you're likely going to need it if you wish to participate in the main role play.
