I simply wanted to let everyone know that I'll be attending MetroCon, this Saturday. I haven't been to this one before and am hopeful that we'll have a grand ol' time. I look forward to seeing members of the GoF, this weekend, for the fun and mayhem that will surely be had by all.
..and long live Gaia, I say! ^^

I've considered Ichigo from Tokyo Mew Mew or perhaps a touch of nostalgia with Rabi~en~Rose. But one of my buddies is a con' virgin, as well as a not- so- much- innocent anime virgin, so I'll more than likely play it safe this time around, so as not to shatter his poor wittle head.
*considers Gallagher with his handy- dandy Smash -O- Matic* Yeah, I'm fairly sure that this much pink could be painful, so I'll probably be nice. Honestly, though, I wonder if he'll ever be seen at a con' again after this. But~ I already warned him about the Gaia panel. ^.~

Those curly- cue pigtails are awfully cute but yeah, you're not kidding. They take forever to set and hairspray- a- plenty to keep 'em cute and bouncy enough. *considers a bit more* The trick is that I'm traveling by train.
i.e. Every time that I've done Rabi in the past, my wig's gotten its own chair. With those long pigtails, dice 'n bows, and her big ol' pair of bunny ears.. yeah, it's a whole lot of awesome that can't be messed with.
Ahh, but cosplay gets the best reactions from, "wth?" to, "Aww, pretty!" Messing with people's heads~ it's a hobby o' mine.

xDD One of these days I'll learn how to curl my hair in the victorian porcelain doll / lolita way and I'll get up uberly early on the day of the con and style my hair XD and bring a haircurler and hair spray with me to the con -3-

All I got to say is that fat chicks should not try skimpy cosplay.
Oddly enough, though, I very much approve of fat, old men dressing as Sailor Moon.

I can't make it to the con, too much crazy crap came up in my life. crying If anyone could grab me an extra Gaia code thingy to get this year's soulbound con stuff, that'd be great.

I can't go either, they're passing out MANDATORY Overtime like Candy.
So I can't skip work, and I can't go to con then work all night and be alright for all those hours.

Zelexia I can't go either, they're passing out MANDATORY Overtime like Candy. So I can't skip work, and I can't go to con then work all night and be alright for all those hours. Even so I still really wanted to go. crying omg I want overtime! crying I would work for double shifts for a full month, 5 days a week, if they'd let me. I don't love work. I love not being broke.

I might drive over there Sunday... I'm in Kissimmee this weekend, so I wouldn't be driving ALL the way across the state... Or if I can find something better to do Sunday in Orlando... impromptu guild meetup Sunday evening at LaiLai's?

I just came back from Metrocon, and it was my first time there. Personally I prefer Megacon since it has a larger dealer room with more stalls and all, but Metrocon has a lot more panels. God I loved seeing Parle <3
