Yes because you're the VC you get your own country. Make sure to get the one with sirens in it. Who should I pick from this guild to go over there?

What does it mean when the word 'restricted' is next to a race?
And anyone I would suggest is already a part of the guild, I believe.

It means unless you have my favor then you can't do that race. You don't have any restrictions and you get to pick your class too instead of starting from the beginning because you're the VC. The restrictions are mostly to prevent 20 people from doing elves. It's a bummer. I liked them.

The dice only says your health and power levels if you aren't one of the special RPers. So you get to pick your power and health levels, other than that there is no need to roll dice.
