does anyone find it odd that my clan is going to be run by a 11 year old. hes gonna be a chunin soon but since im the only member right now im gonna make my genin the head of the clan lol. that should make for some good rp magic

Nuh-uh! I'm in it too, lol.
But yeah, I need to post a helluva lot more. Just keep getting distracted with clan creation and common life things (gotta watch my shows every night).

Yes, there are many that are inactive. Konoha, Kiri, Iwa, Oto, and Suna seem to be the only ones with recent activity. Don't know the amount of activity in any (except for Suna, which is pretty small).
Just take a look at each village's subforum and see which has the most interesting clans/life for you.
Correct me if I'm wrong everybody, but isn't there also a time skip in the works?

yup./ i believe its after the genin exams so pretty soon. im already brainstorming ideas for my characters stories. if ame becomes active again ill res my character there but so far only 2 of my characters are getting stories maybe ill make a couple for my inuzukas
