What does it need? Anything that needs improvement that you noticed? Honestly, I dunno. xD I never made a successful guild. The average life is a year, this guild lasted two. I'm going to experiment with this guild by doing a reward system. Those who I know will be good with their RPing will get better choices. For example if you joined the guild I would let you be royalty and have your choice of creature type since I know you well. But if someone new started they'd have to earn my trust like you did.
