Simon jumps the blast, jumps the rooftops and rolls to Lance's postion. Lance gets splashed in the face.
Simon jumps and makes the sign. "I now pronounce thee blest."

Garland saw her wave, he had moved from his spot a while back and made it to the street to find her. As he walked along the sidewalks the people stopped to get a better look at him. He had to admit, he did make for an intimidating looking man when he was fully armored. As he entered the area with her, he once again removed his helmet. "Greetings." He called to her, making his way to her position.

"I am, conflicted." He noted, before moving to sit beside her the bench groaning under the weight of his armor. "If I did move to the side of light, there would not be a negative force to counterbalance the light. But if I were to join you, there would be no guarantee that I would stay a good man, there would always be darkness in me ripping at my soul." He sighed in the faintest. "Too many questions.."

"I'll always be an Unholy Knight. It is the life I chose, however Chaos.. he still lives inside of me and he will always search for a way out. No matter if I fight for the light, or the dark he will one day make his presence known, and I would rather not have friends that could be hurt by him while I am forced to sit aside and watch." He thought for a moment about the beast within him that would one day ultimately be unleashed upon the world. Midgar was still recovering from the attacks of the Weapons, and Sephiroth and his ilk." She was right, he did have light within him, the problem was that he could not show it. Only certain people where ever allowed to see the light he held, and in the end he always found himself hurt, either by them, or by something he had done to him. For such a beautiful woman, he knew that he could not bear himself to see her come to harm. A hand gripped his head, and he sighed. HE was the one that would hurt her in the end. Could he really go forward, knowing that she would be somehow caught in the crossfire?

Lance was rubbing his face with his sleeve, trying to dry it, "Gah! What is this?!"

Rosa's gaze lifted to look back at him, a faint frown on the women's features as she shook her head. "You don't know Aerith very well, Do you? She is a very kind women, forgiving. She would never hold a grudge against anyone. She forgave Sephiroth, a man who once did horrible things in his past as well. Whom may I add, also changed his ways of darkness, and came to the side of light. " When he stood up suddenly, Rosa also stood, a hand resting just at the top of his gauntlet covered hand. "There is still much for you! There is alway's a chance to change..If you ask simply for forgiveness to the one above, then that is all that is important. You can't be sure that everything is gone..This can be a new beginning for you..Garland. "

Rosa nodded some, taking hold of his hand as it was offered. She was used to gestures such as this, she just hoped if Cecil was anywhere near by and saw somehow, he didn't think the wrong thing! "Of course, I'll come along. I hope she will be there, if not we have two places we can look that she most likely would be. "

Simon looks to Lance. "That's holy water. You are now blessed. When the time comes you will battle your true enemy. Take heart, you wont be alone. I have much work to do. There's a great evil gathering at the Devil's Tower. I must be ready."

At that he jumps down from the rooftops to the ground. As he lands the ground breaks from beneith him and he falls in.
