after I woke him up the second time, I went and slept the rest of the night in one of the spare bedrooms.. if you can call it sleep.

*Gives Piper a pouty look with her eyes above her glasses, her head still against his shoulder.* I know... I'm thinking about picking up a red wig to hide it. At least it's....still there...kind of...
*Looks over at Snow and gives her shoulder a gentle squeeze.* Want to talk about what the nightmare was? It can help sometimes.

Dream always starts with Hex begging for my help, his hard stare and then it just goes downhill from there, faces of people that I've let down over the centuries.

I'll get over it. I'm nothing if resilient

So you managed to hit it with lightning, and it's still out there? Damn...

Captain Marvel did. I dove at the ring but it fell to the ground and wriggled through a crack in the ground.
You know what stunk about this morning? After I woke up, I wanted nothing more than to hug Bigby and the kids. The big squishy hugs that always annoy the little monsters..
I got up and the house was quiet. Bigby had taken them all out on a morning run.

I've read the file Kate has from the batman fellow everyone keeps talking about. It's hard to believe you've let down a lot of people from what's in there. You're a born leader.
*Shifts and pulls up a stool between them. Leaning her good arm against the bar. Nods to Piper.* The Black Lantern's kind of remind me of Ernie. He's a zombie friend of mine back home. Hard as nails to kill. He regenerates quicker than even myself. I've been thinking of ways to n** their regeneration in the butt so to speak.

Jeez, and Captain Marvel gets his powers from the Gods...if he's not strong enough to put an old dead cowboy away, we're in BIG trouble...

No we're not. *Runs a hand through her short short hair.* Tell me. What temperatures does fire cause skin to melt. Does either of you know?

Um, no, and may I add, gross.
If you wanted to know how to sonically melt skin, I could do that, but I reiterate, gross.

SO is, but maybe it's inspired me...
Several years ago, in the middle of my first nervous breakdown, I managed to turn the Flash into living sound. I mean, logically such a thing should have rendered him harmless, except for the fact that Barry had complete control over all of his molecules, and, oh yeah, I was in the middle of a nervous breakdown.
Maybe something like that could apply in this situation, though...

*Gives Piper a one armed hug. Suppressing a smile.* Sorry, it's the years of being an assassin.
Well If we can make something that burns hot enough it'll cancel out the regenerating process. For instance if you burn a vampire they'll burn faster in some cases. Negating their ability to regenerate to make it easier to kill them off.
I tried some acid on Creed and he laughed at it. But Hex seems different... He went for my heart when Creed couldn't read me.

Well when you faced Creed you were still under my hypnosis, weren't you? If you don't feel anything, the Lanterns can't find you.
