... Okay, I was not calling you Kon. I was saying "kon" because that is the Japanese sound effect for a fox's bark. ^^; I looked at what I had typed and it looked sort of misunderstandable.
Miri: I'll open up for customs as soon as Guild Captains are allowed to edit everyone's posts again. But since I'll be working with smaller lists in an effort to mow through orders more quickly, I will most likely ask everyone to ask for no more than one custom per order.
Eskaatjuh: To better control the size of the wishlist, I'll probably only keep it open while I am online, so that will most likely be anywhere between 8am and 4pm and 9pm and midnight (Pacific Standard Time).

One of my OC characters who I'll be requesting is a Kitsune with 3 tails. Well, half Kitsune, half Kumiho.
Is it true that in legend, kitsune aren't able to pronounce "moshi moshi", and that's why they use the phrase to answer the phone in japan? There's one point in the story where someone tries to force her to say it because she's actually hiding the fact that she's a kitsune, so I'd like to know if it's "true".

I shall have to split all my complex orders into seprate orders...i have 5 or 6 depending as how you see it. I was going to get 5 complexed orders and have two of them holding hands or i might just get the two i want to hold hands (seprate) and then an edit of them holding hands, and leave the tohers till i manage to save mnore gold lol rolleyes

Miriam: Moshi is a bastardization of moushi, as in moushi agemasu (roughly translates to "Attention" or "I am declaring something"), and that's how we've come to use the phrase to answer the phone. The myth that mononoke (spirit-beasts?) couldn't say "moshi moshi" is folklore, and I don't know if bake-gitsune were subject to that rule of non-humans as well. I don't remember it coming up in any specific fox trick tales.
