Start with an overly sanitized and kid-healthy house. Talk to me on Skype for more tips (I have had to deal with my cousin for a long while. My form of "punishment" includes obsessive amounts of noogies.)

I can just tell you what my Grandma told me, "Raising a child isn't unlike training an animal, you need to start early if you want to have some form control of them later."
Hehe. Yeah, she had that engraved for me when I told her about wanting a child someday. It now hangs over my TV. ^^;
