Over Powered. The bloodline was literally an amalgamation of Sharingan and Byakugan, with aspects of about five other bloodlines tossed in, along with simple jutsu that could have been an entire bloodline all on their own. I wrote what could have been considered an essay on that clan awhile back, which brought the crew to an instant unanimous decision to ban it's use. I don't know why it's still in the lists, but if it is, it needs to be deleted.

Yep. A clan that actually manipulated chakra in the way the name of that clan would imply, would be awesome. The only thing in PCM that actually fit the name though, was one obscure jutsu hidden in the bottom.

So, It was Tenchi! I can't believe that he stole a lot from other guilds! My friend have it who created it from other guilds and I am a member of other naruto guild I will talk to him about that.

A lot of people have offered to try and fix PCM for us. I've given them all the same answer. The only way to fix that bloodline is to completely delete it, and start over. Nothing at all in the entire thing is salvagable, it's just plain too OP.

Anyways, considering it's been there for almost three years and nobody's come after us about it, I don't think we could get in trouble even if we did keep it, which, again, it was supposed to be deleted over a year ago.

Their actually all locked at the moment. I'm rearranging the forums you see, and don't want people making new threads in old areas, or accidentally poking their noses into confidential stuff. Would pure chakra manipulation look something like Spirit gun stuff? Or Kuwabara's Spirit Sword? See, I can imagine a lot of stuff for pure chakra manipulating that wouldn't even go near Sharingan or Byakugan... that someone did that just makes it seem like they were trying to be OP like you said.
