It was back to the past, indeed. The sun was hot again, the sand stung your eyes, and everything was well and good. Well, everything wasn't exactly as planned. Bakura didn't know, as he usually didn't, who in the world Rei was. He couldn't care less, in fact. The time they had been sent to was much different than normal. It was during Bakura's childhood years.

Rei who saw she was without bakura held back her tears. Ayleast her children wheresafe in her arms. they both seemed curious of there suroundings. She striped them both knowing most babies here staid nude. they would be happier anyway. After finding a normal dress of her own she walked around the babys in a fabric sling. She were both in the front holding onto her chest. This town looked very familer....

Kul Elna was not destroyed, but the structures of the buildings were the same. Despite being a 'village of thieves' it was a rather cheerful place. Unlike before, nobody regarded Rei strangely for her hair color. Nobody seemed to even notice her.
Bakura was about six years old at the time. His white hair was short, which seemed odd compared to the other either black-haired or shaven children. He looked curiously as a woman entered the village, trying to figure out if he had seen her before. She wasn't an old person, so her hair hadn't turned white because of age. She must be related to him, obviously. Most of his family had unnatural white hair, and he hadn't really met anyone else with it.

Femi soon started to wimper rubbing her eyes. Some sand had blown in there and she had never exsperinced sand before. When femi started to whimper rei stoped and gently rubbed her little eyes "there there femi it's just alittle sand."

Bakura turned and bolted to his own hut, where his mother sat outside, cooking supper's meal. He took a hold of her wrist, tugging on it. "There's someone, mama, she looks like us. Do we have relatives in other villages?" Bakura babbled, trying to get his mother to her feet so he could show her this new person. It took a little bit before his mother actually believed his story and got up, going to see this 'strange lady'. Bakura followed, trying to remember where she had been last he saw. A woman approached Rei, her pale hair covered by a sash. She frowned, squinting, before crossing her arms over her chest. A small child hid shyly behind her skirts, peering up at Rei. "You from here? What's your name?" Bakura's mother asked gruffly, not recognizing this person.

Rei looked up from Femi as a women spoke to her. "No im not from around here. My name is rei." Once the sand was removed from femi's eyes she cooed and started giggling.

"Hmph. My son just noticed you..." The woman paused slightly and looked down at Bakura, then shrugged. "Never mind. Don't bother me about these kinds of things, Bakura. I have a family to run." She turned, leaving the five-year-old there.
Bakura pushed his hair out of his face, frowning and watching as his mother left. He was a scrawny child, and didn't have his scar yet. He was dressed in a plain cloth shirt, which reached below his knees. He was barefoot.

Rei was quiet for a moment as things poped into place. They were in egypt but way to early. Holding back tears she smiled softly "Hello there...You mother said you name was bakura right?" she asked already knowing the answer. She knelt down so she was his hight. When femi spoted little bakura she giggled more waving her arms.

Bakura blinked, then promptly put his knuckle in his mouth, looking extremely shy, which wasn't very fitting for him. He watched the girl baby carefully, not meeting Rei's eyes. "Yes. She named me. It used to be my brother's name but he died about when he was that big." He nodded slightly at his own children.
