Kae - I read through some of the Q&A thread about MC's, and it seems we are not the only having these problems. Arwen's response was that there is no way around the new security system, send in a feedback form with the title 'billing inquiry' but there is only 1 person responding to billing inquiries relating to MC's. So our best option is to use another method for payment. gonk
The good news is that on Feb. 1st it should clear.

 oh great... i wanted a couple more of this month's letters v.v
oh well. and i found out who gave me that one i mentioned before! it was a friend of mine that i hang about with in Towns - he got his refund back, and said he was feeling generous. actually gave a bunch of us letters 3nodding
