The kunoichi hesitated to move, standing oh so still. Reiko sighed in response. "Come come now," the instrutor said, putting his hands on his hips, "Move those feet, Kikuchi-chan! This is more than a training excersize!" This confused Kikuchi slightly. What exactly did this werid sensei mean by 'more than a training excersize'? Now that was worth asking out loud.
"More than training...?" she said under her breath. Reiko started to walk up the trunk of the tree with more chuckling. Kikuchi frowned again. She knew whenever he chuckled, laughed, giggled, snickered...Something was going to happen. And she knew that something wasn't going to be something that she liked.
"Hai," he said, grinning, "Its a race!" Kikuchi's eyes widend, but couldn't be seen from behind her dark shades. A race? They were going to race each other?

"If you lose," Reiko started, still walking up the trunk of the tree, obviously giving her a chance to start running up, "I'm not going to teach you the last thing you need to know," Kikuchi felt her heart skip a beat. Now she had purpose! She got over her fear of falling, concentrating her chakra as fully as she could. Reiko looked back down at where she was, still walking with ease. "Tick, tock, tick, tock," Reiko teased. The Aburame ignored the taunt, concentrating. She closed her eyes for further concentration, then took a step forward. No falling yet. She moved her other foot forward beside her left foot. Still no falling yet. Kikuchi smirked at her sensei. She got the hang of it! Concentrating hard, Kikuchi started to walk up the tree, her pace moving fast with every couple of steps. Reiko smiled at his student as he started to walk faster up the tree trunk. Kikuchi frowned a little, she was still far off from where Reiko was. But she had to know that last techinique he was going to teach her. She just HAD to.

A few minutes later, Kikuchi and Reiko were finally getting into the actual racing part of the training. Kikuchi's concentration payed off and was soon running as fast as she usually ran on normal ground. Reiko was still ahead, but Kikuchi was soon going to take the lead. The two shinobi's foot steps made loud 'TAPS' as they ran in fast paces. Reiko smirked, reaching into his side pouch and grabbing a kunai and throwing it at Kikuchi. She saw the in comming weapon but had to pause her running to deflect it. She began to lose chakra in her feet. She paniced, slightly, feeling as though she was going to fall. She glared up at her sensei who was regainning the lead.
"I didn't say anything about using weaponry in this race!" he shouted down at her, still running up the trunk. Kikuchi growled softly to herself. Chakra was lost in her left foot and she tripped slightly. Holding onto the trunk with her hands and her right foot, Kikuchi struggled to regain chakra control. She somehow did, panting slightly. Reiko was going to win at this rate, but she wasn't going to let that happen! Kikuchi began running up the trunk of the tree again, going slightly faster than before.
In no time she was back beside her sensei, neck in neck. The two were almost to the top of the tree. Kikuchi grabbed a kunai and threw it at Reiko. The instructor easily reflected it away, but by doing so, he had to slow his pace down slightly. But 'slightly' was all Kikuchi needed to pass her sensei and reach the top!
She smiled brightly, sitting at the top of the tree, looking down at her sensei. Reiko frowned, but soon got over it. The fact his seito won was not a thing of disappointment, but a thing of being proud. He had taught her well. And now it was time for the final excersize.

Kakuzu, Samael walks slowly towards the Academy. His oddly golden gaze watching the area as he walked. Though he was of the clan Kakuzu, he was not exactly a blood thirst killer. At least, not at the moment, Samael happened to be suffering from a slight mental problem, whenever threatened by another. He was here simply for training purposes. And planned to leave as soon as he could. As he walks through the area, he notices all the different people that were around, how odd it seemed, that he was really the only one of his clan. Shaking his head slowly, Samael quickens his pace, hoping to find somewhere to train, may it be with another group, or just a lone teacher. As he walked a group of slightly older shinobi dropped down around him. "Hey.. Kid, what are you doing walkign around here all by yourself? You wouldn't want someone to attack you, or anything." The tallest of them say, as one of the larger ones push Samael a little. Samael frowns, raising a hand and reaching for the large blade on his back. But one of the shinobi knocked his hand down again. "Now now, none of that, we're just messing with you..!" The one behind him said, as he then kicked Samael in the back, knocking him forward into the tall one in front of him. Who proceeded to push Samael. Soon all of them were pushing Samael around within the circle forcefully. Punching quickly, as anger filled through Samael, he forces one of them away. Turning on his heel and pulling the broad sword from his back, he swings the large blade easily, as he cuts into the ninja that was behind him only moments before. "Leave me be!" Samael demands, slashing at the remaining ninja, that was still standing. When he had hurt them all badly enough, he replaces the broad sword onto his back and turns, running off as fast as he could in order to get away from such people as them. Cursing to himself as he runs. Sliding to a stop, Samael ducks around and sits down against a tree. He needed some rest, and this was where he planned to do just that. Sighing lightly, Samael removes his Broad sword from his back, and lays it over his legs, as he leans back against the tree. His eyes slowly closing as he begins to fade off into a light sleep. As he sleeps, his grip tightens on the weapon's hilt across his lap. Due to that being really, is only protection at the time. Frowning tiredly, he falls into a complete sleep, laying there still, as he dreams of nothing that he would remember, upon awakening.

Samael woke soon later, as he slowly rises to his feet. "What's going on around here now?" He asks himself, as he begins walking, his broad sword's larger then normal blade, resting in it's straps on his back once again, the curving tip of the blade, barely evading the ground with each step he took. Shaking his head slowly, he began to search out a teacher, someone who would actually teach him something useful, instead of just taunting him about nothing. Samael takes one final walking step, then begins running forward, looking around once again. His jewelry jangling around as he ran, though not actually making any sound. As he nears a clearing in the trees he notices a man sitting on a log. Samael walks forward, looking this male over. "You're obviously not a student... Are you a teacher?" He asks, raising an eyebrow slightly. The man turns his head to the side, gray eyes locking onto Samael's form as the man smirks slightly. "No.. But I'll teach you anyway..." He says, as stands and crosses his arms across his chest. His eyes soon turning crimson, the sharingan. Samael raises an eyebrow, as he charges forward, with his left hand, he grabs the oddly made broadsword form his back, and raises it above his head, before slashing down at his opponent. The man smirks, ducking to the side as easily as if Samael was in slow motion. Samael growls to himself, slashing to the side, to see his weapon pushed up, and then he was disarmed, his broadsword spinning through the air and lodging it's blade into a tree. Samael backs up, as this Uchiha before him strikes out with metal coated fingers. The man's fingers seemed to have been bathed in such a way, to be sharp and pointed like claws. Samael barely dodges out of the way, the cut he receives sewing itself up thanks to the black tendrils that held his body together. The mysterious Uchiha raises an eyebrow. "Hmm..." He says, as he ducks away, then forward again, kicking this time. Samael smirks slightly, his twisted war-thriving mind taking over, as he grabs the leg and yanks on it, pulling the uchiha towards himself. "Die..." Samael says as he thrusts his hand towards the Uchiha's throat, in an attempt to break the wind pipe and kill him. The mysterious Uchiha smirks and punches Samael in the gut, before throwing him away like a rag doll. "You're weak..." He says, as Samael rolls across the ground and into a tree. The mysterious Uchiha chuckles, as he waits for Samael to rise to his feet, once again.

Kikuchi climbed down from the tree after her sensei. Landing onto the ground safely, her smile reverted back to an expressionless face. Reiko, however, kept that smile in his head.
"Very nice, Kikuchi-chan," he said, "Now, as I've promised, time for your last lesson," Kikuchi was excited on the inside, but one would think she could care less. Reiko-sensei started to walk in a different direction, leading her to the next location for her final lesson as an acedemy student. Kikuchi followed behind him. The two made it back to the acedemy, to a small lake behind the campus. Kikuchi's eyes wandered to the sparkling blue water. Never had she had ever been distracted like this before. The water seemed to call to her. Soft and soothing ripples of water moving from the shallow ends to deeper lengths. Reiko paused infront of the lake, looking back at Kikuchi. The Aburame stopped as her sensei stopped, but never took her eyes off the beauty of the lake. "This is where its going to take place," Reiko said, smiling, "Our last lesson for today, for the rest of your shinobi life without me," he said, deeply. At first the thought of it was sad, never going to see Reiko sensei again, except for maybe a few short visits to the acedemy, if ever. But she knew that if she was ever going to be a great shinobi she had to make farewells.
"Ready, Reiko sensei," she said, in her soft mono-tone voice. Reiko nodded, shaking off his feelings of sadness and started her lesson.

{{ Water Walking: 1/6 }}

Her eyes went astray again, gazing back at the water before her. She was tempted to change her clothing and go for a short swim. But this was serious business here. So she looked back at Reiko to await her instrutions. She noticed he had chakra concentrated to his feet again. The same way that he did with the tree climbing. They weren't going to race up more trees again, were they?
"Concentrate your chakra to your feet again, just as you did earlier today," he said, facing the water, "And instead of using it to climb trees..." he took a step on the water and then another, "We'll be using it to walk on water," he said with a widend grin. Kikuchi's eyes widend, wider than the tree climbing excersize. This wasn't normal! But for shinobi, it was probably wasn't something new. So she refused to show she was in anyway astounded. Reiko chuckled. "Come on, your turn! Just do what you did before, equal your chakra to both of your feet," Kikuchi nodded and concentrated her chakra. The tree-climbing excersize helped, she could concentrate her chakra easier than when she first started out. She took a breath and placed a foot on the surface of the water. Her foot wasn't exactly on the water, more like hovering just above it. She was afraid that her foot would fall straight into the water, despite the fact of her concentration.

{{ Water Walking: 2/6 }}

The kunoichi took a breath, closing her eyes and adding some pressur over the top of the waters surface. To her surprise, her foot didn't sink in. This made her emotionally over-joyed, but dared not to show it. She took another breath to calm herself down, then went in to place her other foot. Astoundingly, it worked. She had both feet above the waters surface, as if she were walking on land. Reiko smiled.
"You learn quick," he said, proudly, "But can you keep it up?" he taunted, with a slight chuckle. Kikuchi kept her balance on the water, keeping her concenration percise. She went to take a step forward, but no sooner had she done it, her entire body sunk into the lake. Reiko's eyes widend. "KIKUCHI-CHAN!" the instructor said, running over the water to the exact spot his student sunk, kneeling down. The instructor reached a hand down into the water. Kikuchi, barely holding her breath, grabbed onto her sensei's hand, but had lost her breath in the process. Reiko pulled her out, carried her cradle style to dry land and laid her down gentlely on the ground. After a few coughs and gasps for air, Kikuchi sat up, slightly. It was werid that her shades hadn't slipped off as she drowned. And she hoped the kikai had survied a small flood in her body. "Are you alright?" Reiko said, patting her back. Kikuchi made a final gasp for air and nodded to him. He sighed in relief. "Maybe I was going a little too fast," he sighed, looking back at the water. Kikuchi shook he head and stood up. Reiko watched her, with intrest as to what she was doing. Kikuchi walked back up to the lake and concentrated her chakra again. Reiko's eyes widend a little, but softened up and smiled, "She's a determined one..."

Slowly rising to his feet, a dark anger slowly began to grow in Samael's gaze. He turns and dashes forward, his speed having increased to come degree as he raises an arm and black tendrils shoot from his sleeve, black electricity surrounding the tendrils as they lash at the opponent, trying to rap around, and electricute them to death. Samael's twisted andger filled look continues, no matter which way the Uchiha ducks or dodges around his attack. More tendirls emerge from his body, attacking the Uchiha for the same effect. Samael was now simply walking towards the Uchiha, smirking as he does. This was over, or so it looked. The Uchiha flips backwards, his hands planting on the ground then pushing to allow him to flip through the air and land a small distance away. As Samael nears, the Uchiha makes a hand sign and the area around Samael explodes, thanks to hidden explosive tags. Samael is knocked backwards, sustaining serious injuries as he hits the ground in a rolling fashion. Non the less, Samael slowly rises to his feet, as black tendrils knit the wounds together, in order to heal him. "Good bye..." He says, lunging forward as a good deal of black tendrils emerge from his body, striking out at, and around the Uchiha. The Uchiha dodges backwards again, but since Samael is running, he becomes struck by a multitude of the tendrils, the shock blasting him backwards and into a tree, as he slides down it with a grunt. Samael walks towards the Uchiha, meaning to finish him off now. As he passes his weapon, he pulls it from the tree easily and rests it on his shoulder. Now, stopping beside the Uchiha, he raises his oddly made broadsword and then slashes downwards. His broadsword instantly crashing into a shakily held kunai. "Heh... You cant just, kill me, that's impossible..." The Uchiha says, before melding into the ground with the help of some unknown jutsu. Samael smirks, raising his broadsword and then slipping it back onto his back. His time here was done, now he must go look for something else to teach him a little, though he had learned a lot here. And almost lost, for that matter. Turning around, Samael begins walking in the direction he believed he was headed before, once again looking around for someone, or something that could assist him in learning the Academy Jutsu, so then he may continue to his village, and be taught the forbidden techniques, that were denied from him, when he had first returned to his village. Walking slowly around trees. He sighs, since he had not seen anything that could be even remotely useful, since he had left the small skirmish with the Uchiha man. "Maybe I shouldn't have almost killed that man, I could have gotten more work done then..." He shrugs as he continues on his way through the forest around the academy. His golden shaded eyes, keeping a close watch for anything around him, that he may use in a later date. After a good hour or so of walking, a single kunai landed in a tree beside where he had stood to rest. Raising an eyebrow, he looks towards where it was thrown, to see the mysterious Uchiha standing there again. "Back to be killed?" Samael asks, as the Uchiha only smirks darkly and leaps down, landing on the ground and then flickering towards Samael, bladed fingers ready to slice Samael through. Instead of ducking out of the way, Samael whips his broadsword from his back, slashing down and using it's large blade as a shield to defend against this attack. A slight smirk, as he flicks the blade upwards, knocking into the man and pushing him away, a grunt escaping the Uchiha's lips. "You're a Uchiha, why are you so weak?" He asks, grinning as he draws his weapon up, then slashes in a large horizontal arc, aiming to lob off the Uchiha's head. The man ducks under the attack, before thrusting his claw like fingers at Samael's stomach. Instead of moving, Samael has tendrils attack, wrapping around the Uchiha's arm, and then shocking the Uchiha enough to make his arm numb and useless. The Uchiha pulls away, allowing his arm to hang limp at his side. "Damn it..." He mutters, looking at the arm for a second, then dashing forward, leaping, he kicks down at Samael. Samael smirks, raising his broadsword in a vertical arc, in order to cut into the Uchiha from behind. Instead of striking, and taking the attack from behind, the Uchiha grabs a branch above his head, and swings, up over and back down, crashing into the side of the blade, and pushing it aside. The Uchiha then releases the branch, dropping and slashing at Samael's exposed back. As soon as he slashes, black tendrils emerge and wrap around the Uchiha, shocking him to the point of unconsciousness even though Samael had taken the wound to his back, more black tendrils slowly sew up the wound. Dropping the knocked out ninja onto the ground, his tendrils return into his body. Samael then begins walking away again, he was actually beginning to enjoy this training, though he was sure his opponent wasn't

HUNK
Hidden Gear

[10/19]
HUNK slowly rose from the bed. He lazily scanned his eyes across the tiny apartment before walking into the bathroom. After a quick shower he began donning his gear. Heavy pants tucked into his boots, a white tank top under a black coat and body armor. Several buckles here and there, and five concealed tactical knives. Two Sai, he slid under his belt at his lower back. He strapped the red-eyed gas mask over his handsome face, and covered his blonde hair with his black helmet. If one had to describe HUNK in one word, a good one to use would be "tactical." HUNK's life revolved around survival. He had little preference when it came to battle. Not much style, just the best plan of attack. HUNK decided that once he became a Genin, he would devote as much time as he could to learning and developing the best jutsus. Once he became a Chuunin, he would most likely join a group or league of some sort. The Akatsuki perhaps? Only time would tell. He exited the small apartment and jumped over the railing to the ground below. He noticed a little pink flower there and picked it up. Between two fingers, he spun the flower and let it drop. The petals acted as helicopter wings as it flutter to the ground gracefully. HUNK moved on. He saw two men scream and run through the streets, clearly afraid of something, and clearly running from something. He saw one of the men abruptly stop, an axe lodged in his back, immobilizing him. The second man kept running on as his friend fell to the ground. A hulking brute stepped up to the now deceased man and pulled the axe from the body. A hideous squelching noise ensued as part of a spine was dislodged along with the axe. Not seeming to care about the spine on his weapon, the Brute continued on until he noticed HUNK. The brute uttered a guttural roar and ran at HUNK, brandishing his bloody axe. HUNK annalized the Brute's attack plan: none. If HUNK didn't know better, he would say the man had no battle experience whatsoever. But then why was he going about killing people? HUNK Pulled out both Sai and readied himself. Once the Brute was in range, he plunged one into his side, puncturing one lung, and the other into his neck, severing an artery, and piercing the throat. At this distance, HUNK could see a tattoo around the man's left eye. A pentagon. And that eye's iris was red. Strange, thought HUNK. He dropped the body where it was and wiped off his Sai on the body's clothes. Then he set off to find the first fleeing man. A local old woman informed him that the man had run home, which was a mile from here. He walked up onto the porch and wrapped his gloved knuckles on the door. He waited, and then opened the door. The terrified man from before came running at him, screaming, a butcher's knife in had. "Stop!" HUNK grabbed the man's hand and twisted it around until he dropped the knife. "I'm not here to hurt you."
"S-sorry. I just. That guy. That place." "Tell me what you know." HUNK stood and listened to the man, Grome was his name, tell him the story of how he and his friend found a cave on the south side of town. They delved deeper and deeper into it until they found cells, holding men with Pentagonal tattoos over their eyes. screaming and yelling as they passed. At the end of the hallway, they saw a cloaked man unlock one of the prison doors and then disappear. The unlocked Brute chased them out of the cavern with an axe. "Alright. stay here. And thank you." HUNK ventured to the south side of town to find a rocky entrance in the side of a hill. Inside was a winding, sloping path. At the end he found just what was described to him; a long hallway full of cells. The cells contained one man each. Each man snarling and screaming with rage. And all of them had the same pentagon over their left eye. HUNK moved forward slowly, and one of the cage doors popped open. Another Brute stepped forward, an axe in hand. This one came at him with the same lack of regard for his own life as the last. HUNK blocked the axe blow with the inside of one Sai, and pierced the heart with the other. Now, every single cell door popped open. Scores of men came barreling through the hallway, axes in hand. HUNK pulled out two tactical knives and threw them forward, instantly killing two different brutes. They tumbled to the ground, creating a small barricade to slow down the army of Brutes. He hit the army head on. A sliced throat, and a severed Achilles tendon. Two punctured lungs, a sai through the head, a slice across the belly, and a sai through the chest. It seemed like they wouldn't stop coming. After a long, fierce and bloody battle, the bombardment had finally stopped. He walked down the long hallway to a thick wooden door. He kicked it down to find a clocked figure standing there. Two fire balls were launched from the cloak's hands. HUNK dived out of the way, rolling and then coming back to his feet. A dagger was thrown at the man, lodging itself in his leg. He howled in pain and retaliated with needles. Lots of needles. They sprayed from his cloak, bombarding HUNK with a fiery pain. His body armor and thick clothing blocked a lot of the needles, but he still had quite a few sticking out of his limbs. HUNK yelled and leaped forward, thrusting sai at the cloaked man furiously, but to no avail. The mans hands became visible to HUNK as they lit up in flames. Knowing what this meant, HUNK dove away, rolling to avoid the fire balls yet again. He clenched his teeth at the pain when the needles were pushed in deeper into his legs as he rolled. Another dagger flew at the man, but this one was blocked by an invisible source. More fireballs, and more dodging. It seemed as though they kept doing the same things over and over. HUNK had to change his strategy. When he saw the man's hands light up, he dove forward, in the direction of the man. Lunging the Sai forward, both of the sharp tipped weapons piercing the clock's chest. The man fell back, revealing an old man's withered face before he died. HUNK sighed as he picked himself up. He had no idea what the hell just happened. "What the" HUNK woke up, laying in bed, staring at the ceiling. He gave a heavy sigh. Just a dream.

Teacher- Amura Pikohn

"First day I see. And what might your name be young one," Questioned Amura Sensai.

"I am Sinobi Raiken of the Hidden Cloud," Answered Raiken.

"Very well then, let us begin our lesson. We will be studying the Art of Substitution. Can you give me a description of the technique?"

"Indeed, the user will substitute themself with a nearby object to prevent being struck. This move can turn the tables during a battle because it is so useful."

"Good, now let us begin. Focus you chakra and disperse it evenly throughout your body, and picture a nearby object in your head. Perform the hand seals and....POOF!" Amura Sensai vanished in a cloud of smoke and left only a textbook in her place. Raiken looked around and saw that his teacher was now behind him. "Now you try," Amura said confidently.

Raiken stood still and began to focus on the apple that lie upon Amura Sensai's desk. He performed the handseals and remaind frozen in a position of attention. Amura waited for at most two minutes and the touched him to see if he was okay, and as her hand approached his shoulder, he vanished and left the apple where he stood. Amura's eyes widened with shock as to how fast this student learned the technique on his first try. She smiled and said,"Good now lets try again."

Raiken hopped onto his feet and smiled,"Of course Sensai."

(1/4) Substitution
PostPosted: Sun Oct 05, 2008 10:13 pm

Raiken performs the hand seals once more and smirks at his Instructor. Amura Sensai takes this as somewhat of a challenge. She withdraws three small marbles from her back left pocket and ask,"Ready?" She draws her hand high with the marble grasped, then gets into the motion of flicking it.
"Here goes!"
Amura flings the marble at her student and as soon as she does he vanishes and she sees a marble headed for her! Raiken had used the substitution jutsu on Amura Sensai. POP! The marble struck Amura directly in the middle of her forehead; she rubbed her head and then looked around for the boy. Raiken was standing there with his hands down by his side and proclaimed," Hmph, better than I thought myself. You actually caught me by suprise and because you were the thing I was focused on at the time, I used you as the substitute. Once more?"
Raiken smiled and squinted his eyes.
"Alright, last time. You pretty much got it,"said Amura.

As Samael walked, he was confident that he would not be attacked by the mysterious Uchiha again, although he could be wrong, since they did get up rather swiftly, the last time. Samael shrugs slightly, as he picks up his pace, passing a few shinobi, and noticing they were practicing Tree Climbing. He shrugs and stands near by, listening to how to preform such a feat. Multiple things were repeated, such as 'chakra molding' and 'chakra flow' He raises an eyebrow, and attempts to center his own chakra. Smiling darkly as he finds it to be easily done. Turning and looking at a tree of his own, he runs forward, scaling the tree swiftly. Almost too easily making it onto one of the top branches as he then sits down on the branch. "Well... That was too easy..." He says with a sigh. Shifting on the branch, he drops back down towards the ground, landing easily. As he stands from the crouch he had landed in. Samael begins walking away, keeping his senses about him, though he ignored the group training near by. "Hmm..." He says, as he walks, his golden gaze slowly looking around the area, as he frowns slightly. Just as he had began walking, the shaking and disgruntled form of the Mysterious Uchiha drops down behind Samael, kicking Samael in th back of the head without warning and knocking him to go flying across the ground. The Uchiha slowly walks towards the fallen Samael, kneeling and drawing the large broadsword from Samael's back and raising it easily with one hand above his head. "Good bye..." The Uchiha says as he then slashes down with th blade. Thankfully Samael regained consciousness and rolled to the side, to avoid the attack. Smirking darkly, which was almost against character for Samael. He lunges forward with an almost feral rage, slashing with claws he did not have at the Uchiha. Gasping, the mysterious Uchiha lowers the large blade to block the attack, though he was knocked back in the process, losing a hold on the weapon. Samael charges forward, attacking with his black tendrils now, as they attempt to completely electricute the Uchiha. Though the Uchiha manaed to get out of the way, leaving a paper bomb were he was. As the explosion occured, Samael was knocked back through the air, his skin and clothing singing a little form the explosion, though black tendrils fixed the majority of the wounds. Samael slowly rises to his feet once again, keeping his golden gaze on the Uchiha before him. He would have to kill the Uchiha now, end of story. Frowning slightly, he readies for the next attack, his gaze looking around for the fallen blade of his. The Uchiha charges forward, plunging his clawed fingers to attempt to impale Samael. Though Samael dips out of the way.

A few hours had passed. Kikuchi was starting to get the hang of it, this time she had less drowning problems. Reiko had hoped the young kunoichi was going to master it soon. Kikuchi placed her right foot on the surface of the water, concentrating her chakra to both her feet. Once her right foot was perfectly atop the water, she placed her left. She was standing in the water, as if standing on regular ground. Reiko knew she could get this far, but when it came to walking or standing for a long amount of time, Kikuchi would lose her chakra and fall through the water. Her clothing was wet and she was soaked to the bone. Reiko started to feel bad whenever she sneezed once in a while. He suggested quitting for the day, but Kikuchi refused, shaking her head and concentrating. The young Aburame, took a deep breath, to calm her down and hold her breath, as if she knew she might fall through the water again. Reiko waited patiently on the surface of the water. Since he was an instructor, he had no problems standing on the water, but Kikuchi wasn't. She took step and followed up with another. So far so good.

Progressively, her small steps turned into bigger steps. Until finally she had concentrated her chakra equally to both her feet to be walking on the surface of water. Reiko smiled, giving her a thumbs up and smile. Kikuchi replied with a small smile and nod, before her elusive smile disappeared in a flash again. She knew this wasn't all her sensei had in mind. He had some kinda of challenge for her. Just like the tree climbing excersize. He was going to test Kikuchi to the max. Maybe test her on everything she has learned. Kikuchi stood in a type of fighting stance in front of her sensei atop the water. Reiko did a similar gesture.
"You could already tell, huh?" Reiko said with a sly smile, "Alright then, be ready for me!" the instructor said, disappearing. Kikuchi quickly took a kunai out, spinning it around her finger and looking around. When she gripped the kunai, she turned and threw it. To her surprise she had hit her sensei. But in yet another surprise, he was replaced with a log. The substitution jutsu. She was a little worried now. She was fighting her sensei over the surface of water. If it was regular land, she would be fine, but on water, she feared she might lose her chakra while fighting and fall through. That was something she felt she had to risk. After all, Reiko-sensei was teaching her valuable techniques, on land and on water.

The two shinobi were at it for a while now. Kikuchi was relieved that she hadn't drowned or lost any chakra yet. But she knew she wouldn't feel that way for long. Reiko and Kikuchi mostly faught using only taijutsu. Reiko felt that if he had pushed Kikuchi to use a move that required too much chakra, she would lose her concentration and drown. He didn't want to risk that quite yet. Kikuchi swung her arm to the side of Reiko's head to hit him. The quick instrutor easily dodged, crouching down and sweeping her off her feet with his leg. His eyes had suddenly widend. He forgot they were on water! Kikuchi's feet left the water as her sensei had done. Reiko got up quickly and tried to catch Kikuchi before she fell, but the young kunouchi did a backflip away, concentrating her chakra to her hands to surface above the water and landed gracefully on her feet again. Reiko was astounished. Not only had she still been standing on the water, but she also concentrated chakra to her hands. Reiko smiled in relief of his students quick thinking and fast learning. It made him proud. Reiko nodded to the Aburame, who replied with a charge torwards him. Kikuchi gave off a few furious blows of taijutsu against her sensei, who was easily blocked them. It wasn't the fact of fighting, but seeing how long she could fight.
After thier training session had ended, the two shinobi were back on dry land, panting of exhaustion. Reiko turned to face Kikuchi.
"Well done," he said, panting. Kikuchi said nothing but replied with a nod. Reiko looked torwards the lake water again, "But I guess you'll have to wait another couple months until the next exams, huh?" he said in a bit of a sad tone. He was eager to show off his students achievements. Kikuchi shook her head.
"Yes," she spoke up, "But in due time..Until then, I will keep practicing and become stronger..If I entered the exams as soon as I left the acedemy, I would surely fail..It is best to wait,"
Reiko looked at his student, wide-eyed. This was the longest he's ever heard the young kunoichi talk. But he smiled in agreement to what she said, looking back at the lake.
"Right,"

This time Raiken stood there and made the "come on" gesture with his hands and smiled. Amura Sensai took the as an insult and grew infurriated. She hurled the remaining marbles in her palm for the golden haired boy, but this time he substituted himself for a marble itself.
"Incredible," Amura thought, "How could someone learn techniques at such a rapid pace?"
Raiken stood next to her at this point with a bored expression on his face.
"May we move on now," he questioned,"I am getting bored of this."
"Actually, you are all done her Sinobi Raiken. So, move on." Amura answered.

Raiken laughed and walked out of the class room with no hesitation.
"See ya!"

HUNK
Hidden Gears

[19/19]
HUNK got out of bed and went about his morning normally. He got in the shower and got all clean. When he was done, he put on some pants and started cooking some eggs. He noticed the window was open. It hadn't been open when he got in the shower. He grabbed the closest weapon, a tactical knife, and scouted his tiny apartment. it didn't take long, and his search showed him that no one was here aside from him, and nothing was missing. Then why was the window op- suddenly, a man came hurdling through the window, tackling HUNK to the ground. Before they even stopped rolling, HUNK had his knife in the attacker's chest. The attacker disappeared with a poof of smoke. A clone. Then where is the real one? HUNK stood to find seven more of the same man in his apartment. They were wearing silver and blue jumpsuits that revealed absolutely no part of their body. Finding another knife, he readied himself for attack. They all came at him at once. The first was kicked in the shin and stabbed in the chest. Poof. The second, slammed into the wall. Poof. The third, a bisected nose and a stab in the throat, while the fourth was kicked across the room. Poof, poof. HUNK was then hurled across the room by one of them. The remaining three revealed kunai knives and slowly approached HUNK. He threw his knives at two of them. Poof, poof. Now just one. He grabbed the greasy egg pan, carefully slipping the eggs off onto a plate before tossing the frying pan at the attacker. He howled with pain as the grease covered his clothing, sticking to his skin and burning it. he made a single hand sign and poofed away. I guess I found the real one. After getting dressed he sat down and started eating his eggs. He finished the first one when a knock came on the door. He grabbed a knife and sidled up to the door before the person had even finished knocking. He slowly turned the knob and that whipped the door aside, ready to pounce. The same man was at the door. A few grease stains here and there. He held out a kunai to attack, but HUNK slapped away the kunai with his own knife, and kicked the attacker back, over the railing and down two stories. HUNK slammed the door shut, locked it and went back to finish his eggs. A few more unsuccessful attacks soon followed. But HUNK really got angry when his door was kicked down. He picked up his busted door and slammed it over the head of the attacker. The attacker fell to the ground. But this was short lived as he was soon picked up and kneed in the face by HUNK. The man slashed a kunai at HUNK, who jumped back to dodge. The attacker then ran outside and jumped off the ledge, waiting in plain sight. So aggravated, HUNK followed him down. The attacker performed some hand signs and some nice daisy petals popped up from their stem and flew at HUNK. Not thinking anything of flower, HUNK made no attempt to move. The petals sliced at him like the sharpest knife! He groaned at the hideous pain. He couldn't help but smile though. The flower were a pretty good thing to have as a weapon. very abundant and small. He'd have to learn a few flower jutsus one day. But for now, he focused on the attacker. He dodged another set of petals flying at him and started running at the man. Both sai now in his hands. But the attacker was swift on his feet. To fast for that attack. He was now behind HUNK. Coming down with a kunai at his back. HUNK desperately whipped his leg around and brought it against the attacker's side; sending him into a tree. HUNK got up a tossed a knife at his enemy, pinning his blue and silver coat to the trunk. They pulled and ripped the coat off to reveal a woman's tank-top. But he still couldn't see her face! Who was she? Most of her face was covered by a very low hat, and the lower part by a tight scarf. She stepped on the knife, still in the tree trunk and boosted herself into the tree. About to go after her, HUNK noticed a slight rustling noise. Multiple ones actually. All around him. Suddenly he found himself surrounded by floating flower petals. They started coming towards him at an alarming speed. He jumped upward to catch a branch, and pulled himself up, but the petals followed! He dived to the next branch, and the next. Finally he found the attacker and leaped out the their branch, slicing at their ankles, breaking their concentration. The petals fell, as did HUNK. He hit the ground with a dull thud, and petals fluttered around him. The petals still in the air froze momentarily. He looked past them to see his attacker in the mist of another jutsu. Not having much time, HUNK threw a sai as hard as he could, which was hard from the ground, at his attacker. It struck her in the calf, not puncturing, only slicing. It was enough to cause her to mess up. The petals barely missed his head. Just a few cuts on the cheeks. I wouldn't have these cuts if I had thought to put on my gas mask before I left. HUNK caught his sai on the way back down from the throw and prepared himself for the attacker's next move. She reached into her puch and reveals a ninja headband. She tossed it to his feet. She must be taunting me because she know it's graduation day.He looked down at the head band and then looked up. She was gone. Just a little not was all she left in her wake, fluttering down into HUNK's hands. Just two simple words were written on the note. "You pass." HUNK stared in disbelief. He chuckled. And then broke out into a laugh. He was now a genin!

As Samael dips out of the way, he brings his knee forward in an attempt to force his opponent away. He was frowning rather darkly, as he then grabs his broadsword and slashes horizontally with it, in an attempt to cut his opponent in half. Enough was enough, he did not wish to play anymore, and this one will die, because of that. Though the Uchiha, obviously in pain, had managed to leap away from Samael's attack. Samael frowns and continues forward, jabbing with the weapon swiftly. Though once again, the Uchiha leaps away. Crimson eyes, from the sharingan watching Samael as he attacks. Samael frowns and continues slashing, before his black tendrils lash out, wrapping around the Uchiha and instantly electricuting him, causing him to drop to the ground, writhing in pain. Samael smirks, walking forward, and raising his broadsword, before slashing downwards and digging the blade deeply into his opponent's arm. "Bleed to death..." He says, with a smirk before he turns and begins walking away. Hoisting his weapon up and over his shoulder, just in case the Uchiha would try and fight against him until the end. Samael slowly walked towards the docks, and the exit to the Academy, training was done for him here. He needed to get into the world, and learn some true techniques, unstead of the small tricks, being taught in such a place. As the docks come into the distance, he was surprised he had not encountered the Uchiha again. It was odd, how long that little fight had been. Rolling his shoulders slowly in a shrug, he replaces the broadsword onto his back, and steps onto the docks. Taking a seat, he remains leaning forward, as he waits silently for the docks to liven up, and the boat to leave. Though sadly, it did not seem to be planning to leave, within the next few minutes. Samael sighs, removing his broadsword from his back, in order to get a more comfortable sitting position. As soon as he gains the better sitting position, final boarding warnings were being called. Only a minute later, the boat began to move from the dock, heading out towards the unknown destination that it planned to bring Samael to. Samael had graduated from the Academy, in long last. He smiles faintly to himself, as the boat soon reaches the waterways, too far away to be able to see the Academy any longer. And finally, the true story began.

"how did that happen?"uri asked.
"Hmm i really don't know master"replied Hlbarl
The training continued, every hour he changed slowly but bit by bit.
5 hours later the sun had set but Hlbarl trained until he had no more chakra,
