Taryn stood silent for a long moment, examining the medal with a look akin to shock on her face. A hand moved to cover her mouth as it gaped, and finally she glanced back at Duellist. "Yes... Eerily so..." She bit her lip, holding the medal loosely in her hand, unsure what to say next.

(( xd and the scary part is, this wasn't planned at all... Totally a spontaneous thing... I blame Duellist player entirely.

AnqeIicDemise -Mimi spied a glance in his direction and grumbled. Without warning she tackled him, completely forgetting that he had a cold of sorts. Oh, of course, she would put on a face of an innocent who simply happened to have 'slipped' something horrible.. but really.. with rubber-soled sneakers? Hey, she'd stick to her guns alright. Hah, as if she'd give up that bed of hers to spend another night with Ryoko. She loved her sister but the woman spoke in her sleep. What , by the gods above, had made her offer up her bedroom? Insanity! She would plead, temporary insanity!!- ][Sorry. Gotta go for an hour. xd Be back.][

"It was a real comfort to wake up one night and find myself buried in a church with that in my hand..." he sighed. "And... lately that day has been coming back to me... the day I died, I suppose you'd call it." He sighed. "It's depressing, I suppose..." He looked up, and at her.

Duellist Duellist grinned, fakely. "It was a real comfort to wake up one night and find myself buried in a church with that in my hand..." he sighed. "And... lately that day has been coming back to me... the day I died, I suppose you'd call it." He sighed. "It's depressing, I suppose..." He looked up, and at her. "I can imagine." Her tone is dry for a moment, but the compassion returns instantly. "Intriguing... I mean, I know it means something to dream of dying, but... I've never heard of this... Maybe it means something..." She moved closer to him, holding out the medal. "I'm sorry if it's painful to remember..."
