Well, anyway, I'm guessing that you like the clarinet, huh? 4laugh That always helps when you play, liking the instrument.

just4now just4now Hey Im an 8th grader and I auditioned for a high school on Clarinet I go to Herbert Hoover ms(sf) and Ive been playing for fives years and I double on alto sax and bass clar skipping the lame intro.. hey Hello there ^^

hey guys...
i've played clarinet for 4 years.
I'm in the Scottsburg Band of Warriors
(scottsburg, IN)
and we've gone to state every year for the last twenty years,
but only got 1st once.
but we've got one of the best marching and concert programs in the state
and i'm extremely proud to be a part of it. biggrin

hello memories Info on my Clarient: AI have a Vintage, Wooden, Signet - Soloist.
I've also got another clarinet, of which i dislike playing. I use it when my other is broken. It's a Wooden, Jean Barre, made in France. It's in pretty poor condition, seeing as my step father left it in his storage thing for years. D<
I need to get it cleaned up. Probably will have it cleaned up and get the corks fixed this summer or something. Depending on if I'm going to march clarinet or not. Meloncholy Seraphim Hello, i've been playing my clarinet for about five years now and i'm looking for a new one. I like high rich pitch and I can only push out half of the third high octive sweatdrop Any suggestions on either a good clarinet or how to get that pesky octive out?
What brand and thickness of reed are you using?
I use a 4 1/2 Mitchell Lurie Reed. o: It works pretty well, just takes a while to break in.

Hello Clarinets!!!
I play the B flat clarinet(5 years) and Bass Clarinet(1 month) and I LOVE it.
I'm a freshman in High school, and i LOVE dissing the Flutes!!!
I'm also the only Bass Clarinet player crying but its kewl.
So what am I missing??

Right now for me i have been playing my clarinet for 6 years now and i played the bassclarinet for 2 years! xp (that was in 7th and 8th grade) This is me second year in marching band and my first in symphonic(i dont know if i spelled it right BUT THATS OK ! ^^) Im in the Wareen G. Harding Marching Band u can see this years band show on youtube! whee

Heyyy Clarineters :]
I'm Angela, and I'm a freshman in highschool. I've been playing clarinet for the past 4 years.
I'm currently in private lessons, and I'm 2nd chair in concert band [its pretty much the band for freshman]
And im not meaning or trying to brag, i just thought i'd give ppl some info ^.^
I really loveee it.
its sound is so pretty and calming to listen to but also intense.

in fourth grade in my school you could only join band if you were in enrichment >.< pshaw, they wanted to put me in but i said no, why can't i still join? but anyways, that was five years ago. i joined the next year =] my clarinet was ancient, ha ha, and it was shorter than everyone elses! so i ended up with a new one that i have been playing on since...though not with the same mouthpiece or ligature and most certainly not the same reed x.X although my ligature has the screws from the one on my first one on it...XD i really have no life except band guard and josh heart heart

This is my second year. xd At the End of the school Year my band class is performing in the Musical Competation. I cant wait to perform! Im a 2 or 3 Clarinet.

Hey everyone. I used to play the clarinet in fifth grade, but quit the year after. I just started up again this year and it's incredibly fun. I'm in eighth grade now, and next year, when I'm a freshman, I'm going to be in marching band! I can't wait! *is still trying to decide between tenor sax and clarinet*
