Vladamir says "Usually vampire babies need blood so they eat through the protective barrier to be strong for birth but since this baby is mostly angle, it does not care for that much blood. I will break a hole in the barrier so that the baby can be released and come out. I was not there but I assume that when Sonja was born she knew to eat her way out since she has the taste for blood." He waits for Amanda to be hooked up and for blood to start flowing into Sonja.

Peter starts the transfusion with Amanda sitting in the chair next to Sonja. "It is flowing."

Vladamir then he uses his powers to cut the barrier open, being careful not to cut the baby. As he does, the baby can be seen. Peter helps pull the baby out and Lissa puts the baby in a clean towel to clean up. The baby starts to cry out with its first breath. Everyone is relieved for the baby and now they try to save Sonja. They wait to see if the transfusion is working.

Eric says to Sonja "Darling our baby is born! She if fine...."

Vladamir heals Sonja with his vampire powers. "Rest my daughter, you will be fine."

Lissa finishes cleaning the baby and wraps it in a warm blanket. "She is beautiful and she is fine."

Eric took the baby and held his daughter as Gaby shooed them out of the room so that Sonja could be cleaned up. He was glad that Sonja looked better and was resting now. He goes out to the baby's room and sits in the rocking chair with her. Vladamir looks at his granddaughter and smiles. She was very beautiful and he was proud, even though it was mostly angel.

Peter went to clean up. Lissa cleaned up too then went down to tell Stephan and the kids that the baby was born. She finds them in the music room. "The baby came and is fine. You will have to take turns to quietly see the baby though, there are too many of us for the baby still so we need to go in little groups. And Sonja is fine, she just needs to rest so Aki and Yuki you go see your new sister first then play with Sophia. Mommy needs to rest so you can see her later."

The twins say "Yeah! Okay." They go up to see the baby. Aki and Yuki quietly peek in to see the baby. Eric nods that they can come in and they look at her. She was sleeping so they whisper "She's very cute." Eric pets them with his other hand and they go to play so that others can see her too. "See you later." they whisper as they go out.

Lissa said "Sonja is fine. She lost a lot of blood giving birth but her mother gave her a transfusion so she is fine now. You can go see the baby when the twins are done." Josh says "I can watch Sophia and Alex if you want to see the baby. We can see the baby later."

Vladamir had gone to clean up and saw the twins in the hallway. The twins were surprised to see their grandfather there and go to hug him. "Did you see the baby?" asked Aki. Vladamir says "Yes she is beautiful." Yuki smiles and says "Yes! She is! Is grandmother here too?" He nods "Yes she is here. She's with your mommy helping her but she will see you later." The twins nod "Okay will you play with us later?" He nods "Yes we can visit later."

Peter went in to check on Sonja. Her vital signs seemed fine so he says "She will be okay. She just needs to recover."

Peter made sure that Sonja and Amanda were okay. "Sonja's heart beat is getting stronger. She must be healing." he tells Amanda. He checks her too and says "You will be fine too. You just need to rest and have some fluids and you should be fine."

The twins say to their grandfather "We need to go play with Sophia. She is waiting for us." He smiles and says "Okay I will come and see you later." The twins hug him again the go back to play in the music room. They tell everyone "Our baby sister is very cute but she is sleeping."

Vladamir goes to look in on Eric and the baby. Eric had put her down in the crib to sleep a little so the two sat and talked quietly. Vladamir says "I missed Sonja as a child. Her mother and I split up because we knew things could not work out for us and we had one last love making but I didn't know Amanda got pregnant. After a while I had taken another mate since I am of royal vampire blood and needed an heir, but always loved Amanda most of all. After my mate died having our son. I contacted Amanda later, writing her a letter and found out about Sonja. She told me that she had Sonja and gave her up for adoption...I was shocked but understood...it was for the best and it was too late since it had been done. I assumed that she would have been adopted and would be happy since it had been several years after that Amanda told me. Kingston had told me that he had been looking for Sonja but could not find her. Kingston told us when you were getting married that you had found him and were to be wed. I am glad that Sonja has a good husband. I know she is bitter about us not being there for her but my world is very vicious and it is better that she be kind and loving like her mother. Vampire women though very alluring need to be cut throat and tough...I do not want that for her."

Peter sits with Sonja and monitors her while she slept, waiting for her to wake up again but letting her rest.

Vladamir stands up to greet Nate. "Nice to meet you Nate." Eric smiles and says "Thank you Nate."

When Amanda comes in Vladamir says "I promised Aki and Yuki that we would visit with them a little so we need to do that before we go. They are very cute little nekos." Vladamir was tall so the twins were tiny in his view.

Lissa laughs. "I wasn't counting but I guess you are right. I think it is time for Alex to eat. I will feed him and then it is his nap time. Looks like he had lots of fun playing with everyone."

Josh was playing an angel tune with Sophia as the twins came back. They say "Our grandparents came to help with the baby. They are going to visit with us later. Out little sister is sleeping."

Eric looks at the box wondering what was inside. "Okay I will give it to her when she wakes up. Thank you for helping. We would have lost them both if you two had not come." Vladamir smiles "I am glad we could save them both and everything is okay now. Come Amanda, let us visit with the nekos before Sonja awakens."

Lissa smiles at Stephan "Okay I didn't know it was guys against girlls....okay little guy, bath time for you."

Josh smiles at Sophia and whispers back "Does he know?"

The twins come back and say "Yes you can see her while she is sleeping. Your mommy is helping our mommy."

Josh takes Sophia upstairs. "Come on we can quietly go see the baby."

Vladamir goes with Amanda to find the twins downstairs. The twins were alone since everyone else went upstairs. Vladamir says "We came to sit with you and visit a little before we have to go home." Aki and Yuki were happy and greeted their grandmother. "Hello grandmother! We are so glad to see you." They hug her and Vladamir says "Let's go in the sitting room and we can visit." He leads them to the sitting room so they could all sit down on the couches and chairs. Vladamir asks "How have you two been? Did you have fun on the honeymoon vacation?...You went to an island?" The twins tell them all about their trip to Jack's island and then about the store they were building.

Eric says "Yes, it is complicated. I think Sonja deep down wants to be with them and get to know them better but it is hard for her since she also feels abandoned by them since they gave her up for adoption. They thought they had done the right thing but it is hard when a child feels rejected. She did not get picked like you to be adopted. If she had, maybe things would be different."

Lissa gets the baby bath basin out and starts to fill it with warm water. "Okay ready for our little guy!"

As they go upstairs Josh says "I think Nate may be a little hard to wed because he is here on Earth and humans don't live as long as we do so your marriage will be short. I don't know about nekos but I assume they age like humans."

The twins showed them the pictures Aki took of the store being built and Yuki got out the album they made of their trip to Jack's island. Yuki says, "This is us looking at the fishes and of our sand castle with Nate...and this is when we did the zip line. It was scary at first but it got to be fun." Aki says "This is of the store before we dressed it up and this is after with the ice cream shop and daddy's toy workshop. Daddy makes really good bears! See we lined all of the bears up...."

After Alex was all nice and clean, Lissa takes him to feed him.

Josh takes Sophia to his room to explain before they go see the baby since he didn't want the twins to walk in. "Yes you are right the twins will die before Eric, Sonja, and their new baby but there will probably childrend and grandchildren of the twins that they will love."

Eric thinks about what Nate said..."Revenge." Eric shows Sophia and Josh the new baby. He wispers "You think so? I was hoping she would look like Sonja."
