Lucifer looked at his cards to see a Queen and an 8, 18. I need only a 3... he thought while muttering a spell to make his mind unreadable.
Lena looked at her cards. Two kings. Is that good?
Roy blinked at Lena's cards. Wow, what luck. he thought, but hoped no one saw the look on his face.
GD glanced at everyone. Lucifer had a poker face workin' for him, and Lena looked confused, but Roy looked pretty shocked. A good kind of shock, too. He looked at his cards and tried not to look upset. Three and two.

Lily giggled at all of them as she watched their expressions. "Alright, if you want to stay with what you have then put your cards down. Both face down. If you want to risk your luck and go higher then keep your cards in your hands." she said as she shuffled the remaining cards while her cards sat in front of her. One was faced down and the other was an ace.

Lena looked around and put her cards down.
Lucifer debated whether to keep the cards up or not. Just put it down, Erik sighed. Lucifer grunted and actually did as he was told.
"Hit me!" GD yelled and kept his cards up.

Lily smiled at GD and nodded. She handed him a card faced up and noticed it was a ten. "Alright, you want to take another risk and get another card. Or are you going to stay?" she asked him.

Lily nodded at GD and handed him another card. This one was a seven. She looked up at him and smiled. "You want another hit?" she asked him.

Lily nodded and sighed as she handed him another card which was a five. She noticed his reaction when he said hit me so she knew he already lost this hand. "Alright, I think maybe you should stay GD. And I don't want a hit so everyone show your cards." she said as she set down the deck and waited for everyone to flip their cards face up.

GD frowned and reluctantly showed his cards, which were past 21.
Lucifer smiled and triumphantly showed his 18.
Lena looked at everyone and showed her cards, 20.
Lucifer's smiled quickly disappeared when he saw Lena's cards. The one time I listen, and I lose! he roared in his mind. You would've lost anyway, Erik snickered.

Lily smiled at their cards and she giggled. "Very good, but not good enough." she said as she flipped her cards over. She had a jack and an ace. "21. Blackjack. I win this hand. But don't cry yet guys. We still have two more rounds for you to try and beat me." she said as she picked up all the cards and shuffled them.

GD slammed his head on the table.
Lena blinked in confusion.
Before Lucifer could protest, a black flame shot out of the ground and turned him into Erik. "I'm taking over." he muttered nonchalantly while listening to Lucifer grumbled.
Roy returned to glaring at Erik.

Lily smiled at Erik and giggled. "Maybe you'll have better luck." she said as she passed out the cards again. She looked at her own two cards and nodded before looking at the others.

Erik kept and incredibly calm expression the whole time. "Hit me." he said.
Lena was frozen in her spot, staring at Erik.
Roy growled under his breath and sat between Erik and Lena, taking her cards. "Hit me." he growled.
GD smirked at his cards. "I'm stayin'." he snickered.
