I propose removal or revamp of the Hoshigaki Clan (shark person clan) It has absolutely no members, no description and no jutsu. The clan description says little more than "I think they may have special abilities." If revamped it should be made a bloodline, since you would have to be born a shark person to be a shark person.

Well, after about five hours and more threads than I care to remember, I'm finally starting to lose focus. I think it's time to take a break...
Edit: On a happier note, I think I'm about halfway through the job!
