I wish I had been paying attention to the rest of the conversation but I was busy drinking when I just heard the word... perhaps I overreacted, but I'm not really in any shape to have to fight, if it comes to that.

Oh, he's a very good villain. He's just not a Black Lantern. Neither is Bullseye, as far as I can find out, though I admit I'm not entirely up to date on my "Hand Resurrections for Dummies" handbook.
