But then again, I seem to be able to accuratly predict people's behavior and relationships rather well.

I like romance, I think it a great thing. But, from a personal stand point, I put myself in commitments and if I am to get involved with someone I won't even waste my time unless I know it's going to lead to something solid. I'm a more conservative and traditional guy when it comes to things like that.
