Um, okay...
Setting's an asylum in france during the Victorian age. Wake up in a tiled room with no recollection of how you got there. Mysterious girl who looks 12 appears out of nowhere and explains you're put in here because they think you're mad. All the doors are unlocked. Goes wandering the halls.
Others in the asylum for various reasons; suicidal, schizophrenic, overall nutcase. They can either be brought in or start. All know alchemy of some sort; one or two "patients" knew it when they came there. One of them won't explain anything but knows everything, the other came later and will trade souls for lessons.
That's all I got.
