Yes other countries would be effected, such as Azerbaijan and Armenia but Hungary's too far away. Greece is even too far away to be hit, although if Anna wants she could get some side effects, but I never intended for that.
Russia's borders spread as far down as Turkey!
EDIT: Should I draw a map of destruction so no one gets confused?

Edit;; No, no. It's alright. However, nuclear waste can reach a far distance. Belarus and Russia, amongst others, were affected after Cherynobl. [Sp?]

Oh but, yeah the bomb which hits South Italy (if I do that) could quite possibly effect Hungary and Bosnia & Herz. or even Greece orz

Oh yeah. It would make for a great plot point. It could break up the Axis a bit, over Hungary and Greece being hurt.

If N. Korea and Scotland dispute, Russia will ditch them, take Greece and Hungary away for her own and make them enemies. Anyone who goes against Russia's word is an enemy!
