You can use any jutsu in an OFA match so long as the opponent agrees. In fact, links to usage of it could help speed the process.

Wanna have a match right now? Sure :3 but...can I use custom jutsu that haven't been approved? If I wait for approval it would take some time... @ Ronnel: Well I scrapped Akura... so you're gonna have to wait for all the changes to be done ^^;

I only need one. ^.^ As a Chunin you can be taught some A rank jutsu, i think it was 2 or three but I don't remember.
