I'm sorry but I just have to say it kind of bothers me how both of the inbred children are like perfect and extremely powerful.....Fact is you're gonna be lucky if the children are even remotely normal... Just saying...Had to put that out there.

Contrary to popular belief, inbreeding does not instantly equal mentally handicapped children or a high percent chance of having mentally handicapped children. While it's true that the parents being closer relatives increases the risk, it's not that high. First cousins have a 1-4% morbidity rate, siblings are not that much higher in comparison. It does get worse as the generations continue, but Hei and Yuki are the only generation in their family to produce children as a result of incest, rest assured there's no trouble there. Although, color me confused on what the inbreeding really has to do with their power; a mentally retarded child could still be born with staggering levels of Reiatsu.
Also, while Senka might be extremely powerful due to her rank, Tsukiko is far from it. She might have a powerful Zanpakuto that's extremely flexible in application, but the buck stops there in terms of sheer power. You saw for yourself how long she lasts; not once has she ever been in a fight that exceeded a handful of posts. Furthermore, they are far from perfect. They both have developmental disorders, Tsukiko has serious ADHD and Senka is just plain hyper.
I mean, if you have issues with Tsukiko being powerful, I might just have issues with Fuyu. Like yourself, I'm just putting that out there.

Incest is NOT the best.. as it DOES, and WILL lead BAD things, mentally. Just having ADHD and one being Hyper would not be the only attribute from being conceived by a relative. If you had a brother, would you bare his children if he asked you on his death bed?

The choice to make Senka and Tsukiko non-retarded is a decision left solely to their creator and that's Sarah.
Whether it's through genetics, pure luck or plot magic, it's a personal decision for her RPC; there shouldn't even be a discussion.
