timhaynie kimjohnson timhaynie kimjohnson *jed and sam walk in the training room and they work out togther* *jed starts to strap up his leg and arm wieght when sam stops and ask if she can have some* *jed hands her some 10lb weights and help strap them in then start to do some clean,squat,benchs,and press.jeds 200lbs with 40lbs on his arms and legs..mine 138lbs with 10lbs on his arms and legs* *after a while they go to the puching bag and start to kick and punch it toghether* *they stop for a while and started drink some water.......then they go back to cleans*
