Alpha shrugged as if he had already considered the issue "Think about it. Nobody knows where he went. He may have met Narasaela and been killed by him. Or the building may have collapsed on him. " he calmly suggested.

Felina frowned "Don't be so pessimistic." she shook her head "Kurgan is highly skilled, he wouldn't die that easily"
Hayate scratched the back of his head "I thought I may as well tell him the worse case scenario"

Zadina looked down at his feet and shuffled them a little. "Thats ok...I know Kurgan he wouldn't die so easily....besides I remember him telling me he'd leave me in safe hands until he came back for me and he made a promise. He wouldn't break it" Zadina said with a smile.
Oassu smiled too Man this Kid is delightful

Seph folded her arms That kid shouldn't get his hopes up because of some promise
Alpha hesitated for a second "In order to find out what happened to Kurgan, you must wait until he comes back."

"In that case you will have to tell us the answer when we get back" Hayate replied optimistically.
Felina nodded and took a step back "He is right. But we have to go and meet the dwarves now. We shall see you again before you leave" she waved at Zadina. Satoshi simply grunted.

Itaka waved to him before leaving he murmered to Oassu "You know that elf boy is probably 100s of years older than you right? And that didn't feel much like an interrogation"

Oassu shrugged "Kinda got the feeling everything he did under Narasaela was a blur anyway besides maybe Elorin knows something about that Elf target of Seph's"

Satoshi raised her eyebrow "I am trying to work out if you are being enthusiastic or not" she told Alpha.
"Let the elves deal with elf problems" Hayate waved a hand dismissing the matter issue of Kurgan.
Felina lowered her head for a minute. She quickly raised it again hoping nobody would have noticed "Dwarf food isn't that bad" she answered trying to take the subject away from Kurgan.

Oassu patted his stomach "Yea it's been ages since I've had some good meat I can't even remember the last time I ate"
Itaka shrugged "We better head back down to the citadel though"
At that point a tired dwarf runner came through the crowd panting he said "His majesty Galadroin would like to extend a *pant* formal invitation to you and your guests" he handed Itaka a envelope "Show this on entry and a dwarf will guide you to your table but his majesty advises you dress appropiately for this evening and will provide you with a range of outfits suitable for evening where." the dwarf turned to Felina "he advises you stay with your father and rest until the ball at which point you can go with him" The dwarf turned to go but also said "Oh! and his majesty had invited you all for a special audience after the dinner he'd like to thank you in person" the dwarf said with a bow before rushing out.
Itaka grinned "A ball and a banquet? Shame I can't dance"
