Um...I am usually drawing with just pencil and paper. But sometimes I use paint on my laptop when I am bored. I also take photos on my cell phone and they come out really pretty ^_^. My name is Prince Orange, or you may call me "Orange", "Prince", "OJ", "Orange Juice", or whatever nicknames you can think up of. I am always listening for new names. smile

I am currently fourteen years old, but I am turning fifteen very soon! I am South Korean, and I live in Canada, the country of the free! I like to roleplay, draw, listen to Japanese rock and Korean pop and rock, eat strawberry-flavoured stuff, day dream, reading yaoi, and many other stuff! I have too many interests, anime being one of them! I'm the kind of person who gets along with almost anyone, so do not be afraid. I don't bite. I nibble. :3

What I dislike is labels, things that smell strongly of vanilla, cakes, too sweet things, the color cyan, people who try to measure my intelligence, people who are hung up on a label, ramen, and strawberry-flavoured pocky. Surprised? Well, I like anime, and fangirls are alright, but when it comes to ramen and pocky.... they kind of over-use that... They don't taste that great anyway... I prefer my shrimp chips.

Lets see... I have been drawing anime for about six years now, going on seven! I have started drawing anime since I was five or six years old. (That was when Sailor Moon was all the rage. I was a fan. xD) My style constantly changes, mostly for the good, and I always try to improve my drawing skills! Joining this guild has made me very happy -- now I get to hone my skills!

What I use for coloring my drawings is Adobe Photoshop Elements. I found it in a CD case one day while I was digging through my old stuff. >.< It's old, but I still find it useful!

Here's a sample of my latest artwork. This guy is my roleplaying character for a Literate Fruits Basket roleplay. He was modeled after Yazoo of Advent Children, because we all know how sexy he is. xD

I'm not really new to the guild, but this is the first time I've ever really been able to post and talk. So...I'll introduce myself. I'm AKureii, but my real name is Kristen...so you can call me that, Kris, or Krissy...Whatever makes you happy xD...uhh...I've been drawing since I was and 4 year old and anime since I was in the 6th grade(When Gundam Wing, Techi Muyo, and Sailor Moon were the only ones on TV)...so...haha 6 years ago. I'm in my senior year of high school now, and am 17 years old, but will be 18 on March 9th. Lets see...I live in the United States, in New Jersey right by the beautiful shore. I really get inspired by it. <3 I work at AMC-Loews Theaters and my jobs there are Box Office, Usher, and Consession. I've been working there for over a month now.

Well...basically I used colored pencils, bristol, and good old fashions inkwell pens for most of my traditional art. Sometimes(if the pen and ink is too messy) I'll use Sakura Micros...usually a 005. Uhhhh....Digitally...I have an HP Scanner that's probably been used to dead. I own a Wacom tablet which I <3. As for programs, I use Adobe PhotoShop Elements 3, Corel Painter Essentials 2, Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7, and Open Canvas 4+. Sometimes on my pictures I'll use all of them at some point xD. Usually it takes me anywhere from 3-5 hours to finish a drawing. Latley I've been learning how to use Flash MX.

First of all, thank you for accepting me! blaugh Hello...you all can call me Toad, I'm an old(25), sentimental redface sensitvie gentleman, who likes to write, draw, and other artsy stuff...I have taken many art classes in high school and college, lots of fun, but I'm out of practice...and I thought it'd be fun to re-learn, especialy learn manga style...so yeah... I'm kinda new to the manga scene, but it's fun...and since I'm the sensitive type, I enjoy Shojo manga, such as Fruits Basket...relationships are fun to write about, so...any way, laugh at me, tease me if you want, I'm used to it, but I'm looking for a tutor who has aim, easier to share drawings...so...feel free to aim me, pm me or whatever.
