No...they LIED to us...we tried to solve it peacefully but they're going behind our backs and this couldn't be tolerated.
And don't you have to be Jounin to get the Dragon Summonings?

Does anyone in the fight know the whereabouts of the 8 Tails or the 3 Tails? I want either ones whereabouts in RP, whatever side tells me, I will fight for.

Actually I know the location of the 8 tails, but I wouldn't tell you but my rpc wouldn't tell you. Actually...I've met and know they are the 9 tails, 8 tails, 5 tails...and the 2 tails (But I don't actually KNOW he's the 2 tails)...who else? I think those are all I've met.
