Rune pulled back the string as much as she could on her bow and tried to shoot her arrow but it was easily dodged from the guy walking around in front of her. He had tried running past the giant plants thinking they wouldn't be fast enough to stop him from getting through the gaps, but since these plants were pretty much being enhanced with Rune's plants abilities they surprised him by nearly snapping off a limb he was a bit more wary.
What worried her was her vision was continuing to diminish and her chest was starting to hurt so much that she fell to her knees clutching her top. She could feel herself sweating, fighting whatever what was trying to bring her down, but with that man standing in front of her trying to break through her plants she wasn't going down that easily. She tried to grab another arrow but her hand was shaking so much she knew she wouldn't be able to hold it stead and that meant that her rings were also out.
"I'm.....not.....out of this fight....ye-yet." she whispered harshly glaring at the guy who tried chopping the head of the nearest venus fly trap up, but another one just grew in its place catching him off guard as he barely escaped once more.

Straven sat quietly in the tree, if they would see him there, they would think he's one of 'them'.
But, he would not allow other thieves stealing from people in HIS district, especially not in such a violent way.
He looked around, everyone managed to fight those thieves themselves.
But, one girl however, seemed to have some problems with one of them, She looked weak, and moved slow.
The thief she was fighting came closer to her.
Straven jumped out of the tree, and kicked the thief (while in the air, straven jumped down a high tree) that was nearing Rune .
The thief flew back a few feet.
While Straven safely landed on the ground, two of his on thieves, from the Black arm gang, landed behind Rune.
A bow equipped infront of them, holding an arrow in their other hand.
"I figured you could use a hand." The masked man said.

She was too tired and could barely move so she was surprised when all of a sudden someone literally came from above and knocked the guy back several feet and two more landed behind her. 'I shouldn't complain, I couldn't last much longer.' she thought to herself before she smiled albeit weakly at the mask man. "Tha-thank you..." Rune coughed out as another wave of dizziness hit her. ((Outta curiosity is everyone ignoring the plants (Venus Fly traps) that Rune brought out earlier?))

(( Not ignoring it. I figured, since they're kind of NPCs, that he could've walked some closer to you. Besides, you wanted to shoot him with a bow and arrow, so there must've been some space between you and the plants. biggrin ))
The man nodded, but focused on the sack with seeds on her side.
Ofcourse, he wasn't sure what was in the sack, but it'd be worth enough.
One of the two thieves that jumped out of 'Nowhere' together with Straven, aimed at the man that was laying on the ground, if he'd get up, he'd get shot by a nice poisoned steel arrow tip.
"That's alright. I'm helping myself with this too." He said, the girl wouldn't understand the meaning in her current state anyways.

Confused by what the masked man said she just stayed silent and nodded. Seeing that the man that had attacked her was on the ground and probably not going to be moving for a while she turned two of her venus flytrap plants back into seeds and when they got back to her hands she opened her pouch and placed them inside. She left the other two out incase someone else decided to come. As she looked at her friends she started coughing.

Straven noticed how the girl turned those plants into seeds, and put them in her pouch.
'Seeds!?' He thought, a small chuckle was heard. 'Nevermind that..' He said to himself in his mind.
"I know a shortcut into the city, if that's what you.. 4 were heading for?"

Cobra was surprised to see a stranger leap down in front of him as he was about to take out the man. He was surprised to see someone swoop in to the rescue for strangers, even if it was something he always did himself, he was not used to seeing it done for him. The man seemed very strange, but helpful enough at the time, however, he seemed to have a complete lack of ability to survey a situation around him and was acting as if the battle was not still taking place. Walking pas tthe man, he moved him aside somewhat roughly as he scolded the man
"Whoever you are you, get out of the way. I thank you for your help, but this fight is not over yet, 2 of my companions are still fighting, and I need to tend to this one. this is not time to be discussing shortcuts. If you want to be useful, help those two with their opponents and create a perimeter." Disregarding the man further, Cobra walked forwards, holding his hands up as the Venus fly traps moved to meet him, but used his nature's sense to indicate his friendship and move them back. Cobra moved to Rune quickly when it was safe, grabbing a hold of her as he examined her and saw how woozy and out of it she was.
...Pushing her back slightly, he made her fall down into his arms and laid her on the ground as he looked at the wound of the knife. All along the outside of the pierced flesh there was a swollen purple ring and the veins spreading out from it were a deepened purple and raised as well. Rune was now completely out of it, and the waves of dizziness seemed to be getting worse...there was really only one option. "Sorry Rune...I don't really have time to do proper tests, this one's gonna have to suffice." , Cobra pulled his scarf away from his mouth and moved to rune's side, leaning down and biting the skin around the wound. with a quick breath in, he sucked out some of the poison, and then waited. His held felt a quick flash of nausea and a dizzy spell ran over him, but he shook it off quickly. "Bitter Sweet... leaves a tingling sensation...purple veins...dizziness in first stages...fast acting...Coruscene poison"
...moving into his sleeves, Cobra pulled out a vial of greenish liquid from a hidden pouch, looked at it quickly and shook the vial to inspect it, then with a flick of his wrist, the two-pronged claw on his wrist sprung forward. rolling back his sleeve, Cobra placed the vial in a compartment and hovered his claw above the wound, then traced upwards to a few inches above her heart. "Sorry again Rune...but this has to be done quickly." , without hesitation Cobra pushed the claw into her skin, only an inch as the antidote was delivered quickly into her bloodstream.

By now she could only see blurry images and barely make out what was being said. But she could sense that her venus fly traps had stopped moving towards whoever had come near her. 'It must be Cobra...' was her coherent thought as it was getting a bit harder to breath. She felt herself being held and then laid on the ground and bit her lip when she felt teeth sinking around her wound and sucking out poison.
After a few seconds she felt him pull back for a bit before her eyes shot opened then closed tightly as she nearly cried out in surprise and pain as she gripped onto Cobra's coat tightly as she felt the sharp point of something right above her heart.

Allure gasped as she noticed out of the corner of her eye that Rune was in pain. She was familiar with how Cobra healed. The case was similar when had healed her the first time they met. She knew this so she'd only glanced for a few seconds. The reason she payed so much attention was due to the newcomers that were by them. "Who the hel-" She was off guard while observing what was going on with Rune. The man who attacked her saw it as a chance. This interupted what she was saying.
He moved slowly and poorly due to the early ice shards being thrust into his leg. He aimed a strike straight at Allure's chest as she was distracted. While moving forward, he shattered a larger ice a fragment that had not completly melted. She instantly glared at him and noticed his proximity. Instantly she pivoted to avoid his strike. It was a moment too late and she got a shallow cut on her arm. "Damnit!" The moment she had gone full circle, she attempted a sideways strike at his waist. Her speed was immense as she'd used the spin to enhance it. He was also very close. The force of this attack could be felt from feet away as wind was a factor but he was only inches away.
While swinging the blade she smiled and mummbled, "Foolish move..."

Cobra felt her pain as she closed her eyes tightly and gripped as his coat, and it hurt to do it to her, but it was necessary. The poison had some very nasty, possibly lethal effects, and he had to administer the antidote as soon as possible. He held her down steadily, being careful not to be too rough with her and spoke to her through it..."It's okay Rune, I know...I know...I'm sorry, jsut a few more seconds, you'll be alright." After a few more seconds of keeping the prongs in, Cobra removed them quickly, retracting the claws back into their hidden position under his sleeves and pushed his hand agaisnt the two puncture wounds, to stop the bleeding. Moving into another hidden compartment of his sleeve, he pulled out the same leaves adn root that he had when he first met Allure, crushing the leaves in his hand and swirling the root into them and then applied it to the wound and held it there.
...within seconds, her pain would be nullified, and the antidote should already have begun to bring her back to a more normal state. When he finally removed his hand, the mixture had already gelled to her skin and created a seal over the puncture wounds. Smiling at his success, Cobra cradled Rune in his arms and lifted her up slightly and waited for her to come back around. "Are you alright Rune?...How are you feeling?"

Veronica felt the chilled wind coming back and evoked a fire shield that melted the ice," Allure, do you think they are from your kingdom?" She didn't wait but for her to answer as she saw the men coming, with wide red eyes, she grabbed her dagger and it ruptured into flames that licked the air elegantly. The man attack was straight forward, she ran for him, and lifted her sword, it hit his. which turned white as was being mutated, he backed away quickly, shocked as he saw his sword bent. Veronica grinned at him and leaped forward in attack, but was cut short by large stick he had grabbed from the ground, and hit her on the hand she had she sword in, which made her drop her dagger. she tried to grab it but the man was quicker and she had to move awkwardly away to avoid the stick.
she landed on her butt and rolled away from him, Her wings had appeared on her back and she shot up in the air, but the man had manage to hit her ankle, tearing her pants. More than irritated she fell down at him with fire in both hand, she brushed the man on back and watched him run around as he burned. Landing she wasted no time and got a rock and hit the man on the head, knocking him unconscious... or killing him, she'll find out later. She looked around to see Rune and Cobra in an argument with a strange man.

Hiashi was getting what he had paid for, and as such, not much was being accomplished. This was his intent however, he needed to see how strong of a warrior Cobra was and his friends as well, and it seemed that he would need better help to avenge his half-brother's humiliation and capture by the guards that came by after Cobra had beaten him. Today it seemed however that he would not get his revenge. Revealing himself further would be foolish, he was no match for Cobra, all of his friends and these new people. He recognized the man who had arrived however however, spies had reported him before...another thief, one who called himself a Bandit King, he would have to be dealt with eventually as well.
...just as he watched one of the hired men catch a lucky break and strike Allure, he saw Allure's impressive sidways blow cut the man in half for his foolish strike. "Yeah...that's the cue to leave." Clasping his hands together, Hiashi concentrated for several seconds as his body began to melt away into a puddle of water, slowly flowing away through the forest floor in a quiet and untraceable escape, leaving the last man and the others who were knocked unconscious to the mercy of the group. It wouldn't matter anyways, they knew nothing of him that would be of consequence.

Rune groaned as she soon felt the sharp pain retract and a slow numbing sensation had been applied to her wound. She blearily opened her eyes and looked up at Cobra. "Ugh...how many carriages ran over me?" she groaned out as her vision was starting to return to her. "I'm better then before, but my arms and legs feel like jelly." she mumbled, trying to adjust her vision.
