Mofo can tank for some bosses. biggrin I usually do an Arcane Warrior/Bloodmage...Mage. xD He's almost untouchable, and when in the Combat Magic mode, the magic element switches off for your strength. So you can wear strong armor and stuff. I just beat the game again today though, using a human Templar/Champion warrior who I really like. I made him (Highlight space for spoilers) do the ultimate sacrifice, but I'm going back to it so that I can make him have a happy ending.

I don't know who you are since you're on a different account. I mean, you remind me of a few people. Buuut...it would be embarrassing if I guessed and it was incorrect.

I was so mad that I didn't have Sten go Berserker instead of Champ, but that's what other games are for. Meh, I usually make mages go Blood/Spirit Healer for some irony hyucks.
Alistar totally tanks as a Templar/Champion. He's also my favorite character, since he reminds me of, well... Me. biggrin
That Archdragon is no joke, almost as hard as the High Dragon. I need to switch Sten out for Morrigan, I need some DPS in my party.

They were pretty easy. I'm on casual, though. In the archdemon fight, the ballistae or whatever are the way to go.
High Dragon was hard, though. The only ones left alive were my character and Shale. Wynne and Alistair somehow died at the very beginning.

It's a life-saver during that battle and in the caverns, and giving it to Sten makes him pretty damn beast in every fight. I think it gives +10-20% damage against dragon monsters. My party would have been efffed if Wynne wasn't around, her ressing my entire party and healing us again and again is what saved the day.

I didn't manage to get the yusaris. The first time I fought the archdemon, I didn't have Wynne. And I didn't use the ballistae. xD I just ran up to it and pummeled it until it died. I'm just lucky that it stopped for a minute or two. That allowed Alistair and I to get like half of its health down.
Did you get the DLCs? Warden's Keep is nice. And the armor you get from it is one of the strongest in the game. Not to mention it looks sweet. It's about 28.16 or something for the set. Then you buy the helmet from Mikhael and the shield, and you got the complete set. Which makes you look like the Guardian from the Guantlet, or some other mystical god person. I got the Star metal weapon, too.

Ah man, Wynne is like... Necessary. Yusaris was pretty easy to get too, just some simple puzzle and a boss fight.
Nah, I didn't get 'em. Juggarnaught armor is ******** beast, I think it's the best in the game. Giving it to Sten is a good idea.
I gave alistar the dragon-scale armor. Makes him made beast.

Wade's Superior Dragon Plate Armor or something like that is really good. Same with the plate armor dropped by the High Dragon. The top, anyways. Juggernaut is good for elemental attacks, but for defense, the Legion of the Dead Armor, that Superior Dragon Armor, or the Warden Commander Armor is the best. They all have around 28 point something for the set defense, while Juggernaut and Blood Dragon only have around 24. Warden Armor also gives a couple of nice bonuses.

The Blood Dragon Armor comes in a code with the game, if you got a new version of it. Along with a code for the Stone Prisoner DLC. The Warden Armor is in the Soldier's Peak DLC.

I got the basic shale and Blood Dragon thing. Can't wait for Mass Effect 2 now.
Oh man, Bioware is outdoing themselves. Dragon Age was ******** awesome, the story superb and the characters awesome, not to mention great combat. Jade Empire, KOTOR I & II, Neverwinter Nights, and now Mass Effect 2.

Bioware's my favorite game creators, along with Ubisoft and Infinity Ward. Bioware and Infinity Ward know how to create epic stories that make you want to keep playing to find out what happens next, and Ubisoft just creates fun games.
Though, Bioware outdid itself with Dragon Age. One of the best stories I've seen in a video game.
