Or painfully. She mentally added, thankful that an elixir was applied to her when she was unconscious. She'd be in a lot more pain if not for it.

Soren collapsed onto his knees, breathing hard. It had all been so surreal to him, as though it were all a terrible nightmare.
He suddenly wanted to just...go to bed. But first he needed to see someone. And then he had to do something else.
Soren stood up and staggered over to Sue.
"...On behalf...of my older self. ...Good job."
He then stumbled away in search of a certain someone.

Once through the door, Ninian collapsed, her strength gone. Had all of that really just happened? It was so hard to believe, but it was all true.
How could I have been so foolish? What was I thinking? Yes, she was my grandmother, but . . . why did I try to save her? What good could I have possibly done? I've only hurt the others and betrayed them, especially Nils.
"I . . . I'm sorry, everyone," she said, knowing there was no forgiveness for her betrayal, and hating herself for it. "I'm so sorry. . . ."
