Arell and Hex dodged the coils as Arell dropped his bazooka for the pistol he had on his hip. He pulled the trigger.
BANG!!
Arell's bullet took the express route to Omega Red's side, giving Hex an opportunity to fire.
"Now SURRENDER or git BLOWN UP." Hex growled.
((Skuld, permission to blast Omega Red to Smithereens or do you have plans for this one?))

 Megaman X stood on the sidelines, not really sure what was going on. He pretty much had to scratch his head whenever Arell or Hex bastardized the English language with their accents or gibberish. "Um....I guess, I'm here if you need me?"All the blue warrior could muster was that. The woman in purple was long gone, so was the flying woman, and the red armored humanoid. He pretty much was stuck with nothing to do until something came up. He thought it best not to teleport either, especially in an unknown environment. So there he stood watching a Russian with tentacles coming out of his arms fight a midget Canadian with indestructible claws, a Southerner with a foul mouth who was all to trigger happy, and a paradox inclined cowboy with a severely disfigured face and ye ole west slang deep in his vocal cords. Quite the spectacle, even for someone who stood out like the rest of them.

Arell looked over at X and smirked. "Hey, Blue-boy! Reckon there's some commanis' soldiers screwin' around close by. Check dat out for me, will ya?" he asked, buck knife in hand just in case.

The shot hurt Omega Red tremendously; however, he was directly in front of Arell. The Russian maneuvered one coil around and behind the Cajun, then wrapping it around Arell's waist. While beginning to drain the life energy from Arell, Arkady launched his other coil straight at Hex, "No, I have had enough of you cowboys."
[If Megaman has the sensors to do so, he could detect the active life drain.]

Hex felt the coil surround him, but managed to get his arm free . . . the arm with the knife. He could feel his life-force draining, but he didn't just give up. "GOD BLESS AMERICA, MOTHAF*CKA!!!" Arell shouted and plunged the knife into the coil, hacking his way loose.
Hex dodged his coil and came up to Omega Red, jamming the barrel of the bazooka into Omega's face.
"I had damn near 'nuff a' you assholes. See you in Hell." he growled and pulled the trigger, sending a rocket propelled grenade into Omega Red's ugly-@$$ face.

Omega Red's mouth hung open and his eyes widened in shock staring down the bazooka's barrel. A split second later the point blank explosion detontated on Omega Red's face. The explosive was built to immobilize tanks.
As the firery blast clears away, burnt flesh drops around as Omega Red's body lays ten yards from the blast point. The head, shoulders and arms are missing, while the left leg switches....

Then looked at Hex and Arell
"You two ain't over yet"
he said pointing at the red troopers

((@Skuld: Actually Rock wasn't initially built to be a fighter, he was upgraded to protect, not everything is as hi-tech, like say as Vision or Ultron, but the few things he are capable of are very extraordinary. 3nodding )) X was already beating down on the commies in question, it was relatively easy to say the least. A punch here, a blast there, a kick to the face, oooh~ someone's going to need to see the dentist. "Anyone mind telling me exactly whats....no scratch that, where am I, who are you people, who are these guys, and where are my friends?"He was about to ask what was going on, but then, he already acted, so right now only those questions needed answering. By the look of things they'd taken care of the red tentacle man and looked like they were coming to assist him. "Actually, I can take these guys relatively easy, so you can sit back and watch, join the fray, or tell me answers that I asked, maybe even do two at the same time."Megaman explained, not boasting, he literally had already beaten down one hundred and fifty troops within the time he'd been talking. They weren't as big a threat as Mavericks, but apparently they were still threats and he handled them as best he could.

Hex and Arell scrambled to their feet, a little shaken from their incident, but Arell's face was burnt pretty bad.
"You alright, Cajun?" Hex asked as he held him up.
"Jest gotta hit de hospital fer my face, but at least tentacle boy's meetin' his maker." Arell said as he looked over at Wolverine and X.
"Thanks y'all. We should be alright, I'm Hex, that's Arell, we're in New York and those are Communists." Jonah said as he put that Bazooka down. His already disfigured face unfazed from the blast.
"We was fightin' them as well, blue boy now heads up!" Arell said, getting back to his senses quick, he pulled a gun and shot three Commies in the chest, the others realizing what had happened and panicked . . . . that could have been very well them.

"Well that's all fine and dandy, but my last question is still left hanging, where are my friend!?!?"Megaman uppercutted a communist with severe force, slightly agitated when he had to ask again. He sent that soldier flying high, that's for sure. He had enough of these games and began charging up. He turned to the remaining commies with a deathly gaze. "You really got to ask yourselves, do any of you feel lucky? Well do you? Mega Bus-...!"They dropped their weapons before he could finish that sentence, the full force of his attack having a devastating effect, they were getting slaughtered out there. No way they were sticking around to fight a losing battle, especially with their leader missing in action. X grinned as he watched them run, at least he didn't have to hurt anymore for now, he put his cannon down, switching it back to an arm. He then crossed his arm and looked down upon those who'd introduced themselves. "So Arell, Hex, and Wolverine, my name is Megaman X, please answer my final question. Also if you've seen any sign of someone who seems somewhat similar in my design spectrum, let me know, I'm not quite sure whats become of Sigma here or the other Mavericks I put down."They said he was in New York, he'd never heard of it, hopefully it didn't have mavericks about, if it did he'd need to scale through it and beat the maverick boss. His azure blue eyes held a courage that was rarely seen these days, a robot that had emotions, he was more human than machine.

Arell and Hex holstered their weapons as they looked over at X.
"Son, I dunno what you mean by 'Maverick' but if you mean the other word fer renegades, you got two here." Hex said, tipping his hat as Arell took a drink of whiskey from a flask on his belt.
"Che', I ain't sho' where de guys you lookin' for is but I'll make damn sho' if I do find 'em, you'll be de first t' know, a'right?" the Cajun said as he leaned up against a post with the flask out.
"Any'un else want some whiskey?"

Skuld and Sabertooth carefully made their way through the sewers to avoid the fighting above them; however, the variety of noxious odors was wearing down on Skuld, "Ugh. I think I'm going to end up puking for a month. Any idea as to where we should try to head toward?"
