Chieko's long neck craned slowly from her pawn to the briefcase.
She draped both her arms over the couch. Chieko gazed at her until Shiny slithered from her and onto the money.
With a short inhale, Chieko studied the money, mentally noting what she had said. She then went through her various memories.
She blinked sullenly, and pursed her lips with displeasure. Eight thousand lay on the tabe before her. Only eight thousand? pocket change.
"So I have come to figure that I will receive the rest when I complete the other task then?"
Chieko spoke with her eyes on the money. When she had finished, She pursed her lips and swallowed, looking up to Kanu with a brooding expression.

Kanu smiled at her.
"Indeed," she stated. "The other twenty-two thousand will be yours when you have fun with the other task that was agreed upon. After all, that one is MUCH bigger." The smile turned into a sweet one. "Wouldn't you say, my dear?"

Chieko was releived to hear this, but didn't bother expressing it.
She took a long moment to close her eyelids, and looked back at kanu.
A festering evil came from in her- different than her usual annoying, clingy, slutty, greedy self.
"It is."
Chieko's right lip quivered into a jagged, vindictive grin. With a chuckle Chieko gave a nod to Morto, and then a blink of somber appreciation to Kanu. Chieko with ease motioned with her eyes toward her guard, he quickly handed her the briefcase and Shiny was once again draped over her neck.
Chieko coulden't wait to hurt something.

Kanu nodded to Chieko as a motion of farewell, and she motioned to Hazen and Morto.
Turning, Kanu made her way to the exit which she had come out of, Hazen at her side and Morto instinctively stepping behind her.
Making their way outside, they got into the car, Kanu in the driver's seat.
Turning on the powerful engine, Kanu expertly steered the car out of the parking lot and out onto the highway once more.

Rose woke slowly and sighed. She got out of bed and took a shower.
Iris walked up to Kiho, "Hey....are you alright?"
Angel woke and shook in pain. The snake bite was affecting him in an odd way.

With a final breath of dissapointment, Tiffany rested the rest of the contents of her teacup into the metal sink.
Now that she thought about it, it was a nice enough apartment.
It was really big, she figured, and it was modern- lot's of windows everywhere..It even had a sleek design, and a loft with a spiral staircase leading up towards it.
The only problem was that no one except for her father, the don and herself knew she lived there now.
Probably the two movers that helped her out would be shot.
Tiffany looked out the one wall that faced the city's busy streets. It was all glass. As soon as she heard that familiar bang sound. Yup, they were killed. Tiffany frowned, and shut off the television befroe crossing over her too sleek, too modern penthouse, and walking up the complicated stairs and falling asleep on the bed.
Ace rolled over on the bed he was laying in, and was already asleep.
Chieko Grinned, and got up herself. She took her men out to the back, and got them to stand by her car patiently, whilst she went inside and got herself a martini.

Anthony checked his watch. It was getting quite late. He hoped this investigation wouldn't take much longer.
((nice to know that the mafia is so secret that they cap the movers wink ))

Rose looked outside and sighed. She pulled out her phone and called Anthony.

Anthony's phone rang, so he answered it. "Detective Giovanetti here" he said.
