 As his skin alighted with fire there would be a shudder from his body as something moved violently from his back to his front and a look down would show a small Mamichi coiled like a spring and in that moment she would launch off him at extreme speeds. Down at the bottom of the mountain he would get a pat on the back and that was when she placed the piece of gel onto his clothes and with her central consciousness attache to his back the water raining from the sky served to help her grow the weight on his person was indeed her growing though she took special care to make sure she didn't become too heavy though it seemed he noticed. Having ignited himself she was forced to move and by launching herself off Adell, she not only exerted great forward momentum on herself but she also used as much force to push Adell backwards. Push come to shove it was a rather brilliant plan had he not noticed her weight she could have waited until the very last moment and assured her victory over him. Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be...  Adell would see and feel the reaction, as Mamichi had formed on him, before jumping off of him from the flames, towards the top. He was pushed back by the impact, but caught himself quickly. He would rush forward with a combination of the jutsus he had been using, trying to figure a way to catch back up. A thought occured to him as he drew the Garian Tou. Swinging it, the blades would whip and extend out rapidly. They would arch up to the top of the mountain, stabbing into the earth and curving to hook themselves in deep. Then he made the blades retract.This act pulled him forward rapidly, as he was drawn towards the top quickly, catching up to Mamichi as they neared the top. At the same time, while running and being pulled up, he would slam a hand back and down into the ground with a demolishing palm attack. It was strong enough to launch an opponent 30-40 feet from the point of impact, so if he directed it into the ground, and didn't brace himself, he would be launched that way, flying up the mountain now as his unique sword continued to draw on him. He held on tightly as he reeled himself in. He smiled at the excitement of this fight. However, he didn't exactly appreciate that manner in which Mamichi decided to get this far, using him, rather than racing on her own. Mamichi would arc through the air swiftly however Adell wasn't going down without a fighting chance and at the top of the mountain Adell's blade would sink into the round and start retrating to add onto this he would launch himself with a swift movement that brought him level with Mamichi as the both crested the ridge... however Adell would beat her out by half a second. After all Mamichi had waited until the top was but a handful of yards away. Rolling to a stop Mamichi would bite at her gel gum and stare at Adell. Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Oh how glorious it did seem as Adell reached Mamichi, as they both flew rapidly towards the top. And even more so, it was as he passed her, barely, to reach the top of the mountain just before she did. And oh, how that glory faded quickly, as Adell landed face first in the mud, his retracting blades having pulled him down as he reached them. Adell raised his head from the ground slowly, covered in mud, with wet clothes, as Mamichi sat in front of him, showing a face of disappointment. No doubt it would quickly fade, especially given the scene before her. He shook his head back and forth, moving to wipe away and remove the mud. pulling his weapon from the ground. He stood up, breathing a little heavier. He slowly reached a hand out to shake, smiling to her now. "That was quite a close one." He would glance towards the village gates then, asking her, "Ready to go exploring?" He would turn to lead her towards the village gates then. They would be able to enter, and could explore the village for all the things they desired to see. They could look to the public's jutsu, as well as the volcano's entrance. They could even go in, to an extent, with Adell placing his gas mask on. Adell had been able to pick up the jutsu he missed during their trip there. After a few hours, he would be ready to leave. Mamichi would giggle a little at the mud soaked Adell and start soaking in water and converting it to Gel... She would suddenly swallow him up only to pop him out a few seconds later, he would find rather remarkably that he was perfectly clean and Mamichi was shedding the muddied gel and transforming into her Vodoi Rebenka. Seemed like Mamichi didn't like to have mud in her body... was it a weakness or just personal choice? It made a certain amount of sense if you thickened her up she might have trouble moving. "Yes let us go... and hope that these people aren't pissed that we brought some rain with us... Mr. Mist Kage." Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adlle would gasp surprised as the slime girl took hold of him before engulfing him. He struggled inside her, swinging about and holding his breathe. Moments later, he was dumped back out on his feet,only squeaky clean and drier. He turned back to Mamichi, noticing the mud flowing from her. She took on her human form and with that they could move. "Um, thank you." He frowned lightly at her next words. "Perhaps we should make this trip quick then..." Mamichi would giggle at Adell's rather sour expression at the idea that they wouldn't be too happy that it was raining here. However the people were overall quite uncaring, they had had rain before and they would again. Apparently it was usually strong due to the heat kicking up a lot of water from the earth. In a way it made sense such an extreme environment like a volcano would bring other extremes to it. They were welcomed rather warmly in the village a word choice she smirked at since this was a volcano village so heat and warmth were comparable. But Adell would learn only one skill while he was here... a rather far way to go in order to learn something like that. Pushing and shoving aside they were leaving the Village Hidden in Volcanoes. Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Not too far off from the volcano that was indeed of Hidden Volacano, was Hidden Flame. It was a village that focused its efforts all to the element of fire style. Naturally, nearly all of its members held an affinity for the flames. Fire was their world, and it was their jutsu. Adell would be approaching the gates, Mamichi following, it seemed. The air was warm here, much like hidden volcano, but the air seemed significantly drier. There was a possibility such a thing might be effecting her. Of course, even hidden flame had some source of water, so perhaps they could find it and give her a chance to soak up and rest for the moment. They might be able to look for some things to do after that. Adell would step through the gates and headed deep into the village. He would lead her through, looking to find some water with here. Mamichi would notice something in Adell's personality shift, he seemed to be preoccupied with something it dawned on her that they were goign to Hidden Flame and she chuckled. "I bet you're worried about me drying out aren't you?" Cocked eyebrow and a slight smirk seemed to suggest that such thoughts were foolish. And by all rights they were the work of a fool Mamichi's Vodoi Rebenka was like a clay pot, just because the air was dry didn't mean her internal water supply would diminish. "It's pointless to worry about me like that." she would say blinking slightly and looking forward. "This Doll body here works fine as a container like I said before. Just because the air gets dry doesn't mean this body will dry out, push comes to shove I'll make it rain like always." It was quite true Mamichi was more than capable of handling herself she'd survived in worse environments than this easily. The Village hidden in sand and the literal Volcano of the village they were just at were the suggested extremes then she was fine with just some dry air. Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell would turn back to her as she spoke up about the heat. He scratched the side of his head lightly. "Um, well, I was thinking, given how hot and dry it is out here..." But she rather quickly reassured him that there wasn't a thing to worry about. She mentioned her doll body providing the protection she needed. Not to mention she could call storms on a whim. She had survived being close to a volcano, that was true, even if she had made it rain beforehand. None the less, she had reassured him, and she seemed well enough. So, he simply accepted this. He would begin exploring the area, taking the time to find some of the jutsu scrolls available within. Over all, it was a rather small village, one that only had a single clan. Given its size, it wouldn't take long for them to find an appropriate training ground. It was set over a dry, short-grassed plain. The area had many spots cleared of vegetation, with ashes and burn marks here and there. This was obviously the place. Adell would run his gaze through the scroll he had, taking note of each of the techniques he had left to learn. They all had various levels of usefulness to them. He would begin memorizing the seals associated with the techniques, smiling to Mamichi as he began a quick demonstration of his training. After his hand seals were completed, he exhaled a large mass of flame, quickly turning his head midspray. Mamichi would chuckle slightly, and sit quietly as he practiced the jutsus that Hidden fire was giving to him. It was a rather boring prospect to just sit here and watch him do stuff so... "So... uh... this weather is nice... I guess..." It sounded pretty awkward coming from her, after all just... what the hell could they talk about... pros and cons of alternative shuriken designs... oh... "I guess we could also talk about the pros and cons of alternate shuriken design... I mean there's the basic four pointed star but I've seen some three pointed ones and some with five points or six. There are also the Fuma Shuriken all over sized and all that. The Windmill Shuriken is also pretty big... and collapsible which is a rather convenient design to save on space. So uh... like... which ones do you prefer Adell? The standard issue or is there a special type that you like better?" honestly it wasn't the most stimulating small talk but so long as there was an effort being made to get a conversation going then the words would start flowing naturally to help and fill the space here. Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell had moved onto two other moves, going over each of the jutsu left to learn. He formed quick seals, before releasing another orb of flame. This time, however, the flames split apart and flowed out behind him. They moved to his back, shaping into a set of wings. They would flap lightly upon his back as he began to rise into the air. It was an interesting and unique way to use fire. He would fly around the area for a little while looking over it. It was something mankind had often sought in the past, the gift of flight. And here Adell was, simply doing such, not a care in the world. It might have been temporary, but one could call it an indescribable experience. For the time now, he was like a bird, not limited by the chains of gravity. Of course he would still have to get used to the issues that came with one's sense of balance and getting used to. Free fall and other sensations took some getting used to. Still, Adell couldn't say he didn't enjoy this. Soon enough, though, he would fly back down, rejoining Mamichi on the ground. With a light sigh of jubilation, he would let the wings disperse. Remembering the next part of his training. He formed a set of hand seals, as his body felt a gentle warmth through it. Then, turning, he raised his fists, sending a jab into the air. Out from his fist, flames erupted. He turned again, delivering a swift kick in the direction of a training dummy, as a arc of fire was released from his kick. The flames would burn the surface of the dummy. Adell frowned at the effect. It wasn't strong enough. He would pull his fist back, putting some effort into it, before punching hard towards the dummy. A larger burst of fire would erupt from his hand, a great torrent, impacting hard on the dummy. This time the fire took hold of the dummy, igniting it completely. Adell would turn as he heard the gentle laughing of Mamichi. After what seemed like nearly an hour, she would finally speak up. It seemed that just sitting here while he did all this was somewhat boring. Actually thinking about it now, Adell could understand that. She mentioned the weather, having him turn back to her. "Yes...it is...isn't it." She seemed to be reaching into her mind to think of something to say, and try to avoid an awkward moment. But it only seemed to make it more awkward as she started discussing the intricacies of shuriken types and the interest in them. He smiled lightly to her, shaking his head. "I can see that you are getting bored. How about we head out. I am certain we can find something interesting to do in the next village. Given what we've already seen in the others here, there have to be plenty of interesting finds." He would suggest, as he moved to lead her from the training grounds back towards the village gates. From there, he would leave with here, looking for the next village to learn all he can from. Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell would treck his way up a mountainside. He was making his way as high into the air as he could, heading towards the clouds nearby which housed the amazing village in the sky. He had to get up as high as he could, knowing that his ability to fly was only limited. He knew there was a way to get to the village, but had little knowledge of how it was actually reached. Adell simply was going with the most direct way he could think of. That was flying up there. He knew it was likely that Mamichi would be following as well. He didn't doubt, either that she could follow him into the air, through that strange evaporation she preformed in the past. Of course he only just learned to fly. Beyond that, he could only do so for a limited time. It took a good thirty minutes. However, he eventually reached the peak. He could see the clouds, upon which the buildings and walls sat, before him. He formed seals calmly, gathering fire chakra together. Then, he exhaled a great burst of flames. The fires would flow over him, before moving to his back, shapping into wings. These wings of flame would begin to flap. he would rise up from there. Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Flying upwards, using the burning wings he drew on to head towards the clouds. He would arrive soon, outside the strange gates, stepping upon to the clouds. Or, at least it appeared to be a cloud, but it seemed as solid as earth to the touch. It was a perplexing thing, but in truth, there were surely stranger things still in this shinobi world. He would step through the gates, greeted by those within. Many among them bearing eccentric appearances, almost holy ones. Adell, the kage, looked very worldly in comparison. His interest would remain as he explored further, finding the archives of ninjutsu that were born and collected there. The variety set among the jutsu showed an appreciation of certain mythologies, among other things, embedded in them. For the time being, Adell would sample a small number of useful powers, focusing on them. First, he would bring his attention to a sensory ability. While skilled as shinobi, one aspect he had been lacking in was the use of sensory jutsu. While he was certainly skilled in fighting in the mist, as were most shinobi of his village, his style was rather direct. If he were to fight more indirect opponents, as he had in the past, he would need to use something to help him keep tack of them. If could master this jutsu, then he would be able to feel chakra, particularly large or concentrated amounts. That would definitely help him in responding to jutsu. Two other jutsu techniques he thought of involved attacks falling from the sky. Arrows came from one. From the other would fall a chakra draining rain. Lastly, there was a jutsu that would raise hands from the ground to trap an opponent. All three of these were area attacks, meant to overwhelm fast opponents, or larger groups. All would be useful in protecting his village. After obtaining his jutsu, he would reluctantly make his leave, heading off from the village. Understandibly, the way down be easier then the way up. Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell would find himself entering the arid lands of the Hidden Wind Village. It partially resembled that of the desert around hidden sand, but appeared to be less enveloped by the tan dirt. There were areas of grass here and there, that seemed to wave in the wind. Oh, and of course, like the namesake of the village, there was a regular wind flowing over the area. At the moment, it was gentle, cooling against the clear heat of the sun.
