*Lex snoprts at Strange.* Fine distinction. Learn it. Use it. They are not "zombies." Zombies are mindless entities with little, even no capacity for thought. They are beings of pure impulse, typically incapable of the minorest forms of strategy.
The Black Lanterns are cunning and dangerous. Every bit as intelligent as they were in death.

The Green Lantern ring is the so-called "Most Powerful weapon in the universe." My universe. It seems that they no longer come in just green, however.
Red for rage.
Yellow for fear.
Orange for avarice.
Blue for hope.
Purple for love.
Indigo for compassion. *Lex pauses and snorts in disgust.*
And black. For death. The rings latch onto the corpses of superhumans, transforming them into fiends who feed on emotion, and feast on hearts.
